A good, quick meal with plenty of flavor. I stopped in on the way to the airport and had the basil fried rice with chicken and spice level of medium. There was plenty of chicken through out, medium was the perfect level. It could benefit for a little more basil but no complaints for such a lunch spot somewhat on the go. Service was friendly at the counter. It's not worth a special trip but if you're staying at the hotels nearby or on the way to the airport, it makes for a good lunch

1. When ordering on line...they force you to tip them on your CC.2.when picking up my order, 10 minutes late.3. Restrooms are always filthy and never have soap, paper towels.4. Chicken is consistently rubbery.5. Noodles are ok.

One of the best Thai food in city of Dallas! Sweet Rice is a well rounded Thai restaurant with a casual and clean ambience with affordable, delicious food. You place an order at the register and they give you a number to take to your table. Despite it being self-service for the most part, the staff was nice to go around refilling everyone's drinks. The food was absolutely delicious with each dish having so much flavor. We ordered green curry with seafood and crab fried rice. Beware that the spice level was not consistent throughout the dish as the curry was decently more spicy than the fried rice despite both being ordered at the same level of heat. We finished the meal with mango and coconut sticky rice as a dessert and although the portion was small, it was amazing. Overall I was very impressed with the authenticity of the taste despite it being in a white area. I would come back here often as I enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant including ample parking, food, and service. Highly recommend!

Phew, a brief stop over in the Dallas fort worth area for the night and right outside the hotel I noticed sweet rice. A fabulous little restaurant serving Thai food that was absolutely astonishing. I had the spicy Thai basil dish, Jasmin rice with chicken, some pork spring rolls. I love spicy food so this was right up my alley. More food than the average mere moral could digits in on sitting, so I shared with a friend that is a local an neva tried this spot. A pleasure to have a part of broadening the culinary horizon of someone while thoroughly enjoying such a meal myself. Next trip back to the DFW, they will see me again, and again

Very casual and nice thai spot near the medical center! Absolutely love the natural light and ta windows. Order at the cashier, and they will bring the food out to your table. Workers are very nice and attentive of when you need refills on water too. The pad see ew w chicken was amazing!! So much flavor, and it was suchba big portion even for lunch! Could only finish half of it! It's pristine everywhere. The tables, floors, bathrooms. Love the condiment section, which has everything you need- sauces, to go containers, plastic bags, chopsticks, etc. also enjoyed the wall art with the thailand map and the dallas sign! Lots of seating with outlets! Parking spaces are plenty and huge in the back!

Great food, fast service, and a casual and cozy place!! The curry was amazing!! Lots of flavor. Rice was cooked well, and good amount of chicken. Seating is plenty and good for small and large groups. Also liked how there are outlets next to several tables. Service was great; the cashier was really nice. You order at the register and then they bring the food to your table. Parking lot is big too!

If you are staying at the Aloft/Element near Love Field, Sweet Rice is close and convenient. We walked over the evening before our flight. We really had to search to find a table that wasn't sticky. The spring rolls weren't bad, but mostly lettuce, and not much shrimp. The crab Rangoon didn't have much filling. The Thai basil rice was good once I put sirracha and hoesin sauce on it. ( the bottles were so sticky) , but the beef was quite tough. I just felt like the whole place needed a good cleaning.

I recently tried the Green Thai Curry with Tofu and the Tom Yum with Mixed Vegetables at Sweet Rice, both at Level 5 spice for pick up. Overall, I was impressed! The Green Thai Curry was delicious, with a great balance of flavors and a spice level that was definitely hot but manageable. On the other hand, the Tom Yum was incredibly spicy--deliciously so, but I definitely felt the heat. It's clear that Level 5 spice can vary from dish to dish, and while I loved the intensity, it was a bit overwhelming in the Tom Yum. Still, if you're a fan of fiery food, it's worth a try!

Nice clean quiet spot! stopped in for a quick lunch and had the steamed dumplings and mango sticky rice which were both delicious! I tried the Thai tea which was not too sweet like other places make it. I'm excited to try more next time!

Burnt sausage. Hair in my kapoon. The Kao piak noodles look old and the color was weird from photos!! I had to get a refund! I would give this place a ZERO!! Not authentic LAOS FOOD
