Menu on website states that some meals have vegan options upon request, also to inform staff of any food allergies when ordering. My partner and I chose This restaurant due to this statement.I ordered one of those meals and specifically asked for vegan and informed them that I have alpha-gal syndrome which makes me allergic to red meats and dairy. After eating half of my dish I became very ill and left the restaurant. Leaving my partner to finish their meal alone and pay. They also investigated what made me ill and discovered that the meal was not made vegan as it was made with a beef broth.

Must have new sourcing or management, quality of food went way up. Sit in or take out, it's our favorite and go to recommendation for friends and family. Other local spots are way too expensive for lower quality.

Always yummy! A cold day and mom was craving pho - pleasantly surprised! The beef dishes (Mongolian beef and garlic beef) were good, fried rice was yummy but spicy! Service was good but they're always busy so takes a second to get the food out that's all.

Sticky rice is a local staple for my family. It is so close to our house and they always serve consistently good Thai food. The service is always good here. We ordered chicken pad kee mao, tamarind shrimp, Panang salmon, spicy catfish, and ginger shrimp. The pad kee mao was loaded and I liked how they sauces the noodles. This was my first time trying the tamarind shrimp, it has a good crunch and the tamarind sauce was good as well. The shrimp is huge also. The panang salmon was really tender and accompanied by a flavorful curry with pieces of avocado. The spicy catfish is one of our favorites, we order it every single time. The fish filets are almost fall apart good, especially coated in curry. I love pouring the curries over my rice and eating the bell peppers and onions too. This is one of the best restaurants in Murphy

One of the best Thai places I've had in Dallas/suburbs of Dallas? Lol The portions are huge and they do spice at a Thai level so you know it's legit. I can handle some heat and the medium level 2 is really darn spicy. I usually get 1.5 which is an option apparently. If you can't handle heat let them knowThis place is reminiscent of a place I went to when I was living in Austin called Madam Mam's, where the flavors are on point and so are the portions. You always have a second meal here at sticky rice and I love that!I've had the curries, fried rice, and noodles and everything is spot on. Their pad Thai is a little different from the average place FYI, but you might enjoy it, just don't expect the typical pad Thai. I always get the pad kee mow, it's my go to, soooo good. Also their chili paste is really good if you're into spice, I think they make it? They also have chili oil and some other condiments.I've checked out a few Thai places in DFW but none as memorable as this place. I will say Sabaidee is on my top as well but this place might just best it out for me.

Honestly this place was pretty mid. The box of pad Thai was all spilled everywhere. It also had kinda a weird taste. Drunken noodles were pretty good. Nothing crazy but nothing bad. HUGE PORTIONS which is definitely a plus; considering how expensive it is, I'm glad they were this big. Crab Rangoon's were a miss. They are like egg rolls but not crispy enough that we threw most of them away. I'd probably recommend Tahn Thai over this place.

I've tried numerous curries, noodle dishes, appetizers and desserts over the years from Sticky Rice. I enjoyed the experience, as it was the first time I have been introduced to the cuisine. I find the fried rice entrees to be very spicy when ordering a little spicy, and the curries to be only a little spicy when ordering a little spicy. That isn't a problem for me, though, but just something new customers may want to be wary of, which is to be on the safe side if they do not like spicy food.

Ambiance here is kinda average "strip mall" stuff. Not great, but not bad. The concrete floor and high metal ceiling make it a bit loud when busy.Service is good. They could do better at clearing the table toward the end but I was able to do that myself as the adjoining table was empty. We were having a bit of a family gathering as our son and his fiancé had been on a trip to the Dominican Republic and wanted to do a show and tell. A table full of dirty dishes was not desirable. Now for the food. It's some of my favorite Thai food anywhere. It may run just a very close second to Noodle Wave, but doesn't have the issue of being halal, so you have more choices on the menu with the addition of pork. I had a spicy catfish dish that I have had before, and it's just fantastic. Spice levels are true to what I imagine is a "Thai heat" scale: 1-5. 3 was very spicy!
