Interesting concept for a burger place. Great food, service, and ambiance. Has a coffee shop feel with a "take a book, leave one" library. Everything was fresh and made to order;no skimping with the ingredients. Most places offer a mediocre salad if it's not their specialty, but not here. Pleasantly surprised with the flavor and generous heaping of toppings in their juicy burger with a logo branded bun. Can't go wrong with anything off their menu. Highly recommend for dining in alone or with friends and family.

Local joint in Forney that would be a great stop for a lunch meeting or to WFM. the bread pudding is delicious

The food was amazing. The smokehouse burger was delicious. The elotes was great too. They also have a public library for the people by the people. The owner came out and explained everything to us. Very awesome place.

So Good!!This place is awesome! The food, service and atmosphere is amazing! We had the Brussels sprouts, elote,smokehouse burger, and pimento cheese bacon burger. Each one was delicious. Burgers were juicy and all the ingredients were fresh! Everything was well priced especially for the quality and flavor. The White Chocolate Bacon Bread Pudding has to be the best dessert I have had. Period! Forney has great spots to eat at but this place has to be the best for burgers and homecooking!

New in town (literally moving day) and was craving BBQ, and someone had mentioned Stash's, so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, the Street Tacos, the Smokehouse Burger, the White Chocolate Bacon Bread Pudding and the French Vanilla Tiramisu. OMG I'm drooling as I write this review! It was "Slap Your Mama" good! Our favs were EVERYTHING, but most especially the Smokehouse Burger and the White Chocolate Bacon Bread Pudding. I swear we died and went to Food Heaven! Outfeakingstandingly delicious! The owners were super friendly and the cafe is adorable. RUN to this place if you haven't been there. It is EPIC!

My wife and I paid a visit to this restaurant and were very pleased. Let me start with the "Smokehouse burger". It arrived with chips and was a perfectly cooked beef patty. The bun was also top notch, and the restaurant named branding was a nice touch. This burger is a perfectly balanced masterpiece with top quality beef, perfectly smoked pulled pork, caramelized onions and tasty BBQ sauce. I can't overstate how much I enjoyed this burger from start to the last bite. Even the chips were on par with the best I've ever had. My wife had the "Charcuterie salad" which was an explosion of flavored goodness. We also tried the "Crispy Brussels Sprouts" which AGAIN these guys hit out of the park! They are sweet and tangy, with an almost Asian flare. Lastly, Robert the owner asked if I would like to order dessert, to which I declined. To our surprise, he showed up at our table with an order of their "White Chocolate Bacon Bread Pudding". After the first bite I realized what a big mistake I had made in declining this heavenly creation. All I can say is DO NOT leave without trying this menu item. Some suggestions I have to make the dining experience on par with the excellent cuisine:1. Re-think your dining setup as it could be more inviting for guests that want to dine in. 2. Add a side of some of those pickles to your burger orders. This would not only add to the meal, but would help promote sails of your Jarred offerings.3. Include more salad dressing with your saladsIn conclusion, I hope this place does well and sticks around for a long time. Otherwise I will need to chase their food truck around to get my Smokehouse burger fix. Good luck and I look forward to bringing in the whole family very soon

This food was so good, I had the street tacos and they were amazing. The place has a welcoming feeling, and the staff are nice and polite. The ambiance felt like a comforting bear hug.

Grabbed lunch the other day and was not disappointed! The wine country burger, crispy brussel sprouts, charcuterie salad, and bread pudding was phenomenal! Also, the place is owned and ran by an awesome family and we had a lovely conversation during our visit. Can't wait to come back and try all the other items on the menu.

Food is awesome, and staff is very friendly. A great asset to downtown Forney! I had the BBQ Elote, and my wife had the wine country burger. We split a side of the roasted Brussel sprouts, and they did not disappoint. We took some bread pudding to go. Will be back for sure.

Stash's is a walk up to the counter & order establishment, so service isn't really much of a factor. It is family owned and everyone is very nice. The walls are decorated with paintings from a local artist and one large wall is composed of big, beautiful bookshelves filled with books. The menu is limited, but I'm guessing they know what they do well and that's what they serve. The food:Wine country burger-well seasoned and delicious. Would love to see other side options instead of chips be included. Crispy Brussels Sprouts-these come with freshly grated Parmesan cheese & a balsamic glaze. They are crispy and tasty! The portion is a bit small for $5.99. White Chocolate Bread Pudding-a melding of deliciosity! A must try!
