Cute, simple waterpark! Brought my little niece and she loved it! Super kid friendly, the have a cute little lazy river and wave pool. Also have a nice kid splash area and a few slides.Food was a bit pricey, I recommend you bringing meals to save money!Parking was good, private parking lot for the park I liked.Overall safe and fun place!

I have no idea why the rating is low for Splash Kingdom. We were planning our next trip there before we left. This park has everything that any child of any age in your family wants to do. We bought our tickets online for $12.95 a piece. The parking was free and they are pretty lax in what you can bring in to the park in your own bag. For the price it is the most fun summer activity our family has done. We will definitely be back soon.

I WOULD NOT trust my children there without a trusted adult. Life guards were beyond useless and unprofessional. My daughter went down one of the slides on the double tube with me on the back. She fell off the front of the tube and was held under water for a few seconds by the water coming off of the slide. I had enough time for to ask the life guard where my daughter was which she proceeded to look at me like I was delusional. She had no idea who came down that slide nor did she care. The staff is too worried about each other that the safety of the paying customers.

Small location especially for the price. Staff is rude especially those of minorities you can definitely tell the difference how they interact with everyone. Might be fun for kids younger than 10 other than that gets very boring after an hour.

Call before you drive a long ways. They'll just decide on a whim not to be open because of short staffing.

It's a great little park. Pretty safe and fun for multiple ages from toddlers to older kids. They have tons of specials through out the summer 4 of us came today for $40 for their Wednesday special. My one warning would b me to watch your kiddos closely in the wave pool. It is very strong and it goes for what feels like for ever.

The ticket booth lines are absolutely outrageous. Buy a membership online , then have to do all the paperwork at the window instead of just doing it all online. The fact that they don't take cash at the concession stand. They tell you to go back to the ticket window and stand in that line for 30 minutes just to turn around have to come stand back in the line at the concession stand. The water is absolutely disgusting, the staff really has no idea what's going on. The first day that we came the lifeguard cannot tell me if I need to be in the front or the back of the tube with my daughter. I am very disappointed that I spent all that money on four memberships.

For the record, many of the reviews fo Splash Kingdom are quite old. My family have been buying summer passes to the Greenville park for several years now. I can attest to the effort to improve this facility over the years. Yes, it is an older facility. However, the water has always been clean and well maintained every time I've been there. I'm 71 years old and I use the lazy river for daily exercise. I think 8 laps is close to one mile. My 17 yo grand daughter goes there to "hang out" with friends in a relatively safe and supervised environment. I've also not experienced any staff issue. Yes, they hire teenagers. Get a grip. you, as the adult still have responsibility for watching your kids. My grand daughter had an accident on one of the slides a coupl years ago which required medical attention. I assure you, the staff was professional and well trained. My advice to anyone is to check it out. If Splash Kingdom Greenville is not up to your standard, you can always drive to Arlington, pay for parking and pay a whole lot more . I still like our little park and enjoy the ability to go every day for a half hour or all day.

I personally like the size. Not too big, but get the water park experience.Life guards pretty attentive.Teenage staff seem to need better training. All day we were told different rules about wearing shoes or hats. (By the way, water shoes are meant to stay on in the water - idk why some made us take them off.)Also teenage staff - please understand you are often dealing with kids (and adults) who don't attend water parks very often. Please speak clearly. Explain how to go down the slide safely. If it's not time to slide yet, just tell the kid nicely. It's hard for kids to hear you over all the music and excitement - explain, be clear, make sure they understand, and please don't be rude. Overall, have a friendly and professional attitude. Families spend a lot of money to get into this park. The staff can make a big difference in the way they deal with customers, and truly be a deciding factor for people in whether or not they return. Thanks for taking this review into consideration.
