Food was ready at the time told when ordering over the phone. Got the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka and both were delicious. The Tikka was one of the most flavorful I've had, you could really taste the bell peppers when eating. Also had the normal naan, it was perfect. Want to try other flavors in the future!

There's a reason why this place has such great reviews. The food comes out super fast. If you order the specialty fish, you're in for such a treat. The flesh is so tender and peels off the bones so easily. It's incredible how well the fish is cooked. Everything phenomenal and the portions are generous. The Manchurian Gobi was the favorite but the Butter Chicken was so flavorful, you almost want to lick the plate. My friends always order the Boneless Chicken Biryani catering for their parties and it's such a hit. A forewarning for those weak to spice. The fiery heat from the food is totally worth the sweat and tears.

A hole in the wall type of restaurant where it seems to be more popular for take out. I ended up dining in, there are a few tables for dining. I ordered paneer butter masala which I requested medium spicy and it was pretty mild. The Paneer butter masala was very creamy and buttery. I wish there was spice to it. You can pick between rice and naan and I ordered garlic naan which had a surcharge. The naans are rather thin than your regular soft fluffy naans so one person can finish a naan. You order at the counter and the food is brought out to you in paper bowls and plates. Not bad for the price.

I've been to Spicy Village a few times, and the quality is always consistent and good. I usually get the chicken pakora (hard to find elsewhere), along with the palak paneer and either chicken tikka or butter chicken. The naan is made fresh, not frozen, and while the white rice is decent, I've had better. Still, my family and I are always satisfied with our meals, even though it's a bit out of the way for us. The interior is clean and no-frills, but we usually just do takeout. It's definitely become our go-to spot when we need a curry fix! If you want extra heat, just let them know. I'm looking forward to trying more of their dishes next time, and if you drop in, be sure to check out the specials on the dry-erase board.

Chicken 65 (wet) medium spice is AWESOME! So flavorful, crispy, saucy, and just enough spice to get the nose 'a running (I enjoy spicy food). The garlic Naan is great, soft with lots of garlic. This has been our go to spot! This is a take out vibe, not much ambiance but small to med size if people want to sit down.

I gave this place 4 stars because it's more of a take out place. It has zero ambience and you have to order at the counter and clean up after yourself. The food was great. No complaints. I've had better, but it's pretty good all things considered. There were only Indian folks eating there besides us so that's gotta tell you something. It looks like it's a family operation. Wouldn't hurt them to get some actual dinnerware instead of the styrofoam plates and bowls we were served in. Friendly staff. We had the chicken tikka masala and the curry lamb. The garlic naan was delicious! It's close to our house so we will continue coming here but definitely for takeout. I'll update my review once I know what that's like!

I ordered a goat chettinad curry and a vijayawada chicken biryani. Both were ordered medium spicy. The dishes were true to the name of this restaurant and turned out to be quite Spicy, LOL! I enjoyed both dishes, though! The portions were generous for two people and we had some leftover curry too. I substituted the basmati rice that comes with the curry for a naan, and they charged a little extra for this substitution. The prices are great overall. I will be back.

Me and my family love this place so much. This is probably the greatest and most consistent restaurant in Carrollton. The chicken biryani and butter naan are perfect. Great spice levels and amazing flavor. Always hot and fresh and everything just melts in your mouth. If you're in the area this restaurant is an absolute must and it gets my highest recommendation.

This is a small, casual Indian restaurant with good food along with a few unique choices I don't often see at other Indian restaurants.I got the chicken shahi kurma (which I usually see as "chicken korma" in other restaurants), basmati rice, and plain naan. I thought the chicken korma was good but thought the rice and naan were just average. The medium spicy tasted about medium to me. My friend got the chicken chettinad which he really liked. His medium was a bit spicier than my medium.Overall, I liked this place and would come back. It's not a huge place and can fill up quickly so you may want to get your order to-go during busier times.

Try this spot for take out as it was pretty late- it was tasty but lack the heat (spicy level) that I was looking for. Also I don't think they gave me basmati rice. The veggie samosa were tasty.
