I went to a Juneteenth event and had the opportunity to try some local food from black-owned restaurants. I found So So Good Catering based out of Fort Worth. I had the Oxtail Mac and Cheese .YUM! It was creamy and the oxtail was seasoned well. They have their own blend of spices they use to cook the oxtail and I believe it was available to purchase. That Oxtail Mac and Cheese was great. I can imagine a full plate of oxtail. The stuffed potato would have been sublime. It was a hard decision to narrow down a choice. Now, I know where they're located I'll have to go down the menu!
