Food was fantastic! Biryani was perfect. Soup was excellent. Service was friendly. Place was clean. Definitely will be back

Went here on a week day for lunch. The restaurant is clean with a pleasing, neutral decor. We were greeted and seated promptly as we were surprisingly the only customers. We ordered masala papad which was nice and crispy with the right amount of toppings. Bhatti di Paneer and chilli mili subz were very tasty. Paneer was soft and vegetables fresh and perfectly cooked. The butter naan was excellent...soft, light and fluffy. Service was attentive and quick enough for lunch hour. We will surely visit again!

The ambiance here is really nice! I like the open space and the seating is really comfy. However for the booths, I wish the table was SLIGHTLY longer to match the booth. Also the bathrooms were a little dirty (fine) BUT my biggest problem was the BIG GAP IN THE STALL??? Like why am I making eye contact with someone washing their hands... Anyways I got the chicken tikka masala mild which was good but had HUGE bits of bell pepper which I personally was not a fan of. The mild was perfect for me though. It came with a side of rice and I got the naan which was good. I also tried the lamb curry (lamb taste was too strong but the curry itself was yummy), butter chicken (very creamy taste, but not as flavorful as other butter chicken) and samosas (very good, light and crispy with a spicy seasoned filling and came with a delicious sauce). The garlic naan had a perfect ratio.None of what I tried really WOWed me, but I would come back here to try other dishes. I thought the curries seemed very greasy compared to other places I've tried. Seems like a popular place and everything everyone ordered at other tables looked phenomenal so maybe I just ordered poorly.

Just tried them for a party after the business changed management and chef and I will say that the food was not as good as before the 3/4 dishes were very blend for medium spicy. The paneer makhni was ok still not medium spicy but it had some flavor to it. The Dal tadka had mild taste to it the worst was veg kholapuri and veg chili mili.The chef claimed that paneer Makhni is his specialty but it wasn't that special. Will not be returning here.

We were so impressed with Sizzling Spices! The restaurant was very clean and the servers were very kind and attentive.What blew our minds was the food! This is one of the best Indian restaurants we've been to in the area. For starters, we ordered the vegetarian samosas. They were so buttery, rich in flavor, and just melted in your mouth!The main entrees/dishes came with fresh basmati rice. We ordered the Chicken Tikka masala and the Mughlai Chicken Tikka Masala (Chicken tikka, Cashew Paste, Rich onion, tomato, Bell Pepper gravy, House Special Spices).Honestly, both dishes were absolutely amazing, but we enjoyed the Mughlai version better because of the unique richness of spices and it was less tomato-y.The Masala tea was delicious! Worth the wait since they brewed it fresh.

If you are craving classic restaurant-style indian food this is a great place to go. You will get what you are looking for. I would highly recommend the Mughlai Chicken Tikka Masala!I wouldn't go here for the decor or ambiance, definitely more of a takeout vibe to the restaurant. There is minimal decor and definitely a more chill atmosphere (you can go in sweatpants). The service was very mid. It took forever to get a hold of our waiter when we wanted more water and wanted to get the check as well.

Recently tried this place and it was ok. Food overall was fine, not great but fine. The butter chicken was a little spicy, not too much, but it was sweet which I did not enjoy. Less sweet and more heat would be better. The garlic naan was good and the white rice was fine. The restaurant itself is very large and decorated nicely but the service was odd. Our server was very timid, she looked like she didn't really know what was going on, seemed confused. We had to flag her down a couple times.

Tried this place honestly just from seeing it all over social media reels recently. Don't believe the hype yet:The place isn't anything fancy decor wise, in fact they could add to the inside to liven up the space as it's a great big space for a restaurant they just haven't done much with it. The service was horrible when we went. There were at most maybe 5 other families seated and two of them already had their food, but the waiters were slow, and confused about who to serve, and as a result we waited a long time for each leg of our service. (Ordering, when we got the food, and the follow-up when we needed some extra things and needed to order more food). Honestly we were being very patient but I was ready to leave initially. They called themselves Indo-Chinese on IG and on their website but they literally didn't have more than 2-3 items on the menu that fall into this category. So that was disappointing as that was the main reason we came here, but ended up getting the regular Indian food instead. The hot and sour soup which I got was not enjoyable AT ALL. It was nothing but spicy, not your typical "Indo-Chinese" blend of both. I couldn't even eat it. The regular Indian food however was good, we ordered Palak Paneer and the Kerala Pepper chicken. Both of these were medium spiced per our request so turned out good, as well as the garlic naan order. We also ordered gulab jamun at the end of our meals which was also delicious. Luckily the food experience evened out the horrible service and start to our evening meal. I would say they need to train their staff better to answer questions, know the menu better, and to be more orderly in servicing their customers. The food is good, but you want to keep people coming back for more. There is definitely room for improvement with the business. I understand they're fairly new though so will probably give them another chance and update accordingly in a few months or so when they've had some time to tighten things up.

We went to Sizzling Spaces for brunch and ordered the veg biryani and masala papad. Both dishes were fantastic, and we loved them. Aman was excellent and friendly, offering recommendations of her special items as well. It was a great experience at this North Indian restaurant.

It was a Tuesday... TACO TUESDAY. We chose to get Indian food.... THE LOCATION:This place is new and is located in the same parking lot/ strip mall with Planet Fitness. It's behind Chipotle. We decided to give it a shot. THE STAFF: Very friendly and helpful with the menu. He made great suggestions as I was not familiar with Indian food. THE PLACE:The restaurant was totally remodeled from the former Souper Salad that was there previously. Adequate seating, nice floors and decor. Honestly, I'd like to see a little more as far as interior design, but the place looks nice. They even remodeled the bathrooms. That is impressive because a lot of new restaurants don't go that far.THE SERVICE/ FOOD: There were a few tables with large parties so we expected our food to take a while. Aside from the large parties, you could tell the food is made "to order" (fresh) and the chef really takes their time to give "you" quality food and great presentation. I couldn't tell you what I ordered because I let my wife and the waiter. I can tell you that the Chicken Masala was amazing. Excellent flavor! Probably the best I've had since eating Indian food. I also had something with chicken and shrimp and lamb. The naan and roti were delicious. Everything tasted fresh.They were having an issue with their tap water... so they went above and beyond to make sure each table had FREE bottles of water! THE PRICESVery reasonable. OVERALL: I really want to see this place succeed. The restaurant that was previously there was a Souper Salad... and it failed. Based on the area (and the large retail/ living space being built on the Collin Creek mall site), I sincerely hope this place is around for a while. Definitely check this place out! I recommend it!
