Food and service is always great. It's a nice and fun sports bar. I've been here to watch games, for work happy hours and just to get a break away from home. Pet friendly in and outdoors although I always opt to sit on the patio.Nice affordable neighborhood bar

I came here for a friend's birthday party. While our server was fantastic and very attentive, my experience with the food was disappointing. I ordered the ahi tuna nachos, which took an unusually long time to arrive. When they finally did, they were completely inedible--I actually had to give them to another server to take back. For $16.50, I expected much better quality.I'd recommend coming here for drinks and the great service, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere for food.

Horrible service and horrible front door staff. The front door hostess was extremely rude with a bad attitude. We were waiting for a table for over 45 minutes then they tried seating us in a section that we did not ask for. We spoke to a manager Alyssa and she did not care about us and our experience. She did not acknowledge what we requested and she did not apologize at all. I worked 12 years previously in the restaurant industry and I know what customer service is. This is horrible customer service and I'll never ever recommend this place to anyone.

My first visit to this location was amazing! It was with a large group for work. The serves were working hard keeping the food & drinks flowing. Everyone had a great time playing games & socializing. So this week I talked a couple other coworkers to going for happy hour. Huge mistake. They had ample staff for the lack of customers. The server was attentive with me at first but then it the rest of the party showed & took us probably 15ish min to order drinks & an HOUR after ordering to get an appetizer. In that hour we never saw our waitress at our table. So we moved to another section. The new waitress was annoyed. We got quicker service & finally got out appetizer at that table but she was rude. It's just not fun to be at a restaurant where you're paying to be treated like they want you to leave. The Addison location has better service. Not as many games & doesn't seem as nice as the Frisco one but I think I'll only go to Addison from now on after this experience.

I had an event at the location. It was my first time at the location. It is very big. The event was on a Saturday afternoon. It was fairly crowded but we were able to get a couple of tables. The waitresses were attentive from beginning to end. The food and drinks were good. The atmosphere was very fun ....games and tv screens all around. We would visit the location again.

The atmosphere is top-notch--lots of big screens, high-energy vibes, and plenty of space for groups or solo visitors. The staff is friendly, and there's a wide selection of drinks to keep you refreshed throughout your time.That said, the food is nothing to write home about. The menu is your standard bar fare, but the quality is pretty underwhelming. Expect typical wings, burgers, and fries, but they don't really stand out in flavor or presentation. I got the Mango Habanero wings and the temperature wasn't very hot and the flavoring was below average. It's not bad, just average, and for the price, I found myself wishing for a bit more.Still, if you're here for the experience, the food is really secondary to the great vibe and perfect setting to watch sports with friends. Just don't come expecting a culinary masterpiece.

I've been to this location twice now, the first time my experience was amazing so I decided to come back with a group of friends. We came in last night to watch the Mavericks vs Lakers game. Unfortunately the back bar was full so we sat at the front bar. The red headed bartender looked very lost, and was extremely rude from the moment we sat down. We left within 30 minutes to watch the game elsewhere.

Overall experience was decent. We went to watch college football and ordered wings, flatbread, and chicken fried steak. Presentation of the food was very nice but The food was mediocre, nothing really popped about it. Our server was good, quick, tactful, respectful. The atmosphere is perfect for small and large crowds, fun spot for couples and date night. Till then, let's eat!

This place is great! The DJ Joe is crazy good and Aviana behind the bar is the best. Ahi Tuna nachos are my new go too! 10

This place is gigantic and chaotic. It's so big that they sometimes have areas that are not open, so finding tables is sometimes confusing especially when a section is closed. But it's a big sports bar and it's extremely popular. If you're heading up to see a Cowboys game, go an hour or more earlier.Food is better than normal.
