Shorty's Texas Catering

I first had their brisket on a movie set location in Leonard and told my wife about it. She had their food at a school function. Their barbecue brisket was AMAZING ! The sides and salads were all great. Their cheesecake that has a cobbler look about it, was Really Amazing.

Tom and his wife catered my event last night for the Preston Center Association and did a fabulous job. The food was fresh, unique and very flavorful. I can hardly wait for my next opportunity to enjoy their fine food.
