Shiawase came highly recommended! The fish was incredibly fresh, the prices were just as delightful, and our waitress was top-notch. They even made our Valentine's date (and 30th Wedding Anniversary) extra special by shaping our rolls into a heart--such a fun and thoughtful touch. We truly appreciate the effort they put into making our night memorable!

Servers were very attentive and nice. Food came out quick. They go heavy on the rice with the rolls which I didn't like, but the flavor was good even though I deconstructed the roll. I also tried their salmon bento, it was fair in flavor. I only came here bc I saw a TikTok video on it and now after experiencing this place, it just didn't leave a lasting impression on me. The place is very clean though.

This is our favorite local sushi place. The decor is fun-Vegas style and service is always great. The rolls are much bigger than most restaurants so I encourage you to take that into consideration. We come at least once a month and the sushi is always fresh and delicious. Our daughter gets the teriyaki salmon and she loves it.

I visited this sushi restaurant for the third time, and the customer service is truly great (from my experience), and the ambiance sets the perfect mood for an enjoyable dining experience.While the prices might be a little high, the portions are incredibly generous and will leave you more than satisfied. However, I've found that some dishes tend to be on the saucier side, which might not suit everyone's taste. But it might simply be that I ordered wrong items.Based on my visits, I can confidently recommend the yellowtail collar and Lion King roll as personal favorites. These dishes have consistently impressed me and remain the highlights of my experiences here.Since the portions are bigger, I'd recommend getting N-1 dishes. Meaning if you're a group of four, start off with three dishes and order more later if needed. Or substitute one dish with an appetizer. And expect each dishes to be around ~$20.

First time here, the food is really average in my opinion, especially for price. Considering there are a ton of Japanese restaurants, probably will not be coming back.We got the tonkotsu ramen and the volcano roll. The tonkotsu ramen was not flavorful at all, the broth was made of water mixed with some sauce and held no richness. The noodles were a tiny bit overdone but held a nice eggy flavor, but the egg was basically hard boiled...honestly it only tasted slightly better than packets of the instant ramen. Also, the chasu pork was the tiniest thing I have ever seen, in the pic it blends in with the mushrooms because it is so small :(The volcano roll was alright, the inside California roll was good but the sauces were a bit strange, it had mayonnaise but this was the first smelt sauce I had that was this sweet. Also, the tuna on top they put is in some meatball form, and I really did not like this part. The salmon was alright, but also didn't have much flavor. I had better volcano rolls anywhere else so far..Service was good and fast, and the interior is clean and neat. No issues here. Overall I would say this is very Americanized but mostly the food also lacks flavor. I have had a lot better in terms of ramen and sushi elsewhere. Considering this roll is also $20, definitely not worth it in my opinion.
