Shakertins - Prosper

Good - burgers were good, but my hubby asked for no onions on his Mushroom Swiss and got 'em anyway. Not a big deal except they grilled and mixed in with the cheese. Service was okay, but not stellar. Ambiance - it's a typical sports bar. Disappointing they'd change the game from a college basketball game (Texas Tech vs. Houston) in overtime to a Lakers game ...esp.when folks went to stand to see it on another TV. Bad call whoever had the remote. Won't be back.

Wow might be a new waitstaff but OMG! Our waitress was sooooooo terrible . We had to flag down the manager/owner Most of the time..... I have waited tables for 20 years and have never experienced such a crazy experience. She literally ignored our table the entire time we were there until it was time to pay. Super disappointed for an area that needs more places like this.

Almost a 5 star due to the service which is very good. The only thing holding back the 5 star are the wings. I love good wings and these were quite dry and chewy. Go with the burger or nachos instead. Ambiance is perfect. Especially for watching shorts. Perfect sports bar with perfect service but don't go here for the wings. Macho Nachos are great tho! Get the pulled pork.

Service is pitiful unless you're a regular, and even for them it's bad. Took 20 min to get a someone to take our first order and then another 20 to get a 2nd beer. Food was decent, but the staff are totally inattentive. I've mainly come in late afternoons, but even with no one really in the bar, the service is poor.

my 1st time here. everyone was so amazing and welcoming. i've found it hard to find somewhere in prosper that really makes me feel at home, but this was the place!! manager, all the bartenders, especially alison, just made me feel comfortable!

Love this place. Every time we come in here we get the best service. The food is amazing and the people are great. TV's always have the games on. Try the onion rings. Love them.

Service needs hospitality training. Our server was more attentive to DoorDash orders than us. She literally went back to stapling bags after taking our credit card. Goofy. Food is Chili's caliber.

Went to this establishment many times. Good food and nice atmosphere. Bartenders are great and very attentive. Only complaint is we could not sit down in the bar when the Tyson fight was coming on. All the seats were "reserved". Arrived at 6:15 pm fight was on at 9-10 pm. Oh well we go to the Tavern now.
