Open space. Walls and windows covered in white fabric. I attended a fitness bootcamp class here.

If you have other options for a venue, use that other option. The owner was nice but her staff needs major training in basic customer service. I would've paid more just to be treated decent. Who INTENTIONALLY does thing to upset a bride on her wedding day?!?!?!?!? We paid for an extra hour to set up. AFTER waiting for 40 minutes for her to arrive, the staff member casually strolls up offering no apology. We were told she was only 2 minutes away and would be there. She arrived 15 minutes after the call. The only compensation she offered to only charge half price. Lady, that's a rip off! You got there 40 minutes after the contractual AGREED time. Then you chose to be petty after being challenged by demanding money from my mom before she sat up the venue. The photographer wasn't allowed to turn the lights on to photograph the bride as she prepared for the ceremony. That's AFTER he was finally allow to go to that area. I believe we would've gotten better treatment at the courthouse.

I've attended boot camp classes here a couple of times. It's just an open room, a blank canvas. The walls are decked out in white fabric, so very neutral backdrop. There is a column in the middle of the floor, so that could be an issue depending on what you need to do. Ample parking in the lot. I'm not familiar with this side of town at all, but if it's convenient for you, check out their website for info on renting out the space.

Never Get What You Pay For S.

So I was so excited about my birthday event and thing never go as planned but we had a great time. For those that was burning up because the air did not work at Seven Essential Elements I Would appreciate you giving them your feedback on their Facebook page, yelp and Google. The cleanliness of the floors which was not, the temperature atmosphere in the first suite and demeanor of the staff. Regardless of what you pay at any venue you want the place to be clean, friendly and atmosphere set right. I know some had complaints but my one voice is not loud enough. People work hard for their money for businesses to force you to except whatever. What looks good on the surface is not always good on the scene. Sad that black owned businesses don't take pride in their establishments.

If there were an option to give a 0, I would. I arrived to this place to assist a family member decorate for their special occasion recently and arrived a little late only to find that the other people there to help were waiting outside to get in. They were told by a member of this establishment would be there shortly...shortly turned into an almost 45 min or more later. The event was due to begin by 7:30 for early arrivers. The staff member finally shows up and sneaks in through the back way...yes I saw her. She unlocks the door to a ton of questions as to why this place was not open at the agreed time. She wreaked of marijuana and was very rude to the mother of the person the event was for and the person that PAID YOU...SERIOUSLY!!!! YOU WERE LATE AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE AND YOU WERE HIGH!!!! This person walked around as if she was the coordinator, telling the photographer that he couldnt do a job he was paid to do and telling him where he could not go. This amateur even told the people that were apart of this special occasion that they were not allowed to be where THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE. Unprofessional, late arriving, no class having souless high person...the nerve. On top of that you thought it was ok to partake in the food which you were not offered. 1. Get customer service training 2. Lean how to be professional, 3. Get you some help with the drug problem 4. Find you some tact and class about yourself, 5. Invest in a fabric cleaner...chair cushions appeared not have been cleaned in while. 6. Know that without customers your business will fail. I will NEVER suggest this place to anyone.

My mother and I were going to throw a party here this coming summer. After a couple of weeks of leaving voice mails that went unreturned, we finally got in touch with them to schedule a tour. The tour went fine and we decided to go with them. My mother went back to pay the deposit and she was told that the contract would be emailed to us and we would pay our deposit online. Great! Well, we never received the contract, so we contacted them and asked for it AGAIN. We were told "the owner would send it later that day". That was 5 days ago & we still haven't received anything, so my mother dropped in on them today to inquire about the contract and was told that they now have an event scheduled for the day we requested. So, either the date had been booked the entire time and they just never bothered to check their calendar (which I don't think is the case because one of the first questions we asked was if the date was available & according to them it was), or they're totally inept and incompetent and gave the date away to someone else and couldn't bother to show the professional courtesy of notifying us about the conflict. When my mother asked why no one called to tell her this, the response she got was "well I'm telling you now". So, now I'm telling you...don't attempt to do business with these people, they're not ready.
