We are satisfied every time we go and the mushrooms and Swiss burger is awesome. We also collect the plastic cups for our kitchen. I also recommend the fries for your side. They have melted vinegar if you feel like make it like fish and chips without the fish. Come before 5pm or after 7pm for the best service with No lines

Well Im so disappointed. I was looking forward to a great burger. Ive always loved them in the past. I ordered a '67 original. I asked for MR and add cheddar and make sure it was melted. I asked to sub mayo for mustard and put it on both sides of the bun. My burger is always ordered like this and usually perfect, juicy and delicious Tonight the burger was medium rare but apparently the smashed all the juice out of it melting the cheese. They don't usually do this. Also they did put mayo on both sides but such a small amount i could barely see it. Much less taste it. The restaurant was not crowded at all. I think there was one table. The ambiance was fine - just an empty restaurant. It was a Monday, maybe that was part of why...Soooo disappointing. I even checked with the cashier after I had paid for the order to make sure it would have Mayo on both sides. Like I said- it was there. BARELY. I only live a couple blocks away, and took it home as a to go order. So no, I didn't call and complain. I won't go back for another so whatever

Wow this place has gone down hill. It's been a while so I stopped in and ordered burger and onion rings. The onions were not cooked, all the breading fell off when trying to pick it up. Burger soft and sad. I highly recommend you eat elsewhere.

My position on Scotty Ps Preston Trail,chili cheeseburger is well documented.This is the original location opened more than 15 years ago. Pre hamburger revolution. It was hard to find a good hamburger back then as opposed to,one on every corner as today.However,if you want to be hamburger happy, especially if you love chili burgers, you gotta...Go!

In the movie 'Pulp Fiction' Samuel L. Jackson (character Jules) has the line : Big Kahuna Burger. That's that Hawaiian burger joint. I hear they got some tasty burgers. I ain't never had one myself." He would say the same about today's burger here without the bloodshed of course. My last review was in 2016 so its been way past forever coming here. Our most recent SP visits have been to the Frisco location as we often have errands in the area. Great burger and sweet potato waffle fries to it off. Also a discount on meal always gets us in the door.

I've visited this location several times and the food and service have always been consistent. This visit my friend and I both had the mushroom and Swiss burgers and a shared order of fries. My burger was thick, juicy and delicious. It had an abundance of cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and pan fried onions. Also the usual trimmings - lettuce, tomato, and mayo. And a thick sesame seed bun. Fries were thin and crispy. They also had on hand a shaker of seasoned salt. Reminded me of Lum's in Omaha years ago. Ambience? Well, it's a burger joint. Table and booths. A nod on the walls to Plano's past. A couple of TVs and Christmas music overhead. Comfortable and not stuffy. A few notes. First, my friend received a virtual gift card from her son last Christmas - printed out from email. The staff had some difficulty honoring it during a previous visit. However they honored the card on the next visit and even added a cash perk for her trouble. Excellent customer service in my opinion. Secondary, we learned the hard way to share their generous order of fries. More that enough for two senior citizens. Finally, if you order on of their larger burgers, I suggest you ask for extra napkins and a fork. They'll come in handy. Scotty P's has several locations around the area. I'm planning on trying the one in Garland which is a bit more convenient. But no matter where I'll be back.

RECENTLY the food quality has taken a HARD turn for the worse Especially the Cardiac Fries which used to be fantastic Last night my order was horrible....fries were STALE like 2 day old stale Cheese was under cooked and not melty gooey like it used to be overall temp was luke warm Going back to Snuffers .... no more Scotty Ps

Really liked that you could order with a cashier or at your table via a QR code system. Ordered from our table, drink cups were brought out by our server not too long after submitting to the kitchen. We left our check open in case we we wanted to add anything later. We ordered the Green Chile Burger, Fried Pickles, and Chicken Tender kid's meal. Green chile burger was hot, spicy, and presented nicely. Burger has a charbroiled flavor which we weren't expecting; the only critiques were the lack of seasoning on the meat that wasn't balanced with the other ingredients, and the bun didn't hold up to the juiciness of the meat and chiles. Fries were hot and fresh with the burger. Fried pickles were also very fresh but the breading was WAY too salty. Had they not been over seasoned they would have been my favorite part of the meal. Gotta say, ranch was ON POINT! Jalapeño ranch was also a great addition. The chicken tenders were hot and juicy, breading was seasoned nicely. Only complaint on the kids meal was the fries weren't hot at all, not sure if that was intentional as the burger's fries were piping. Seating wasn't plentiful but not crowded. Interesting choice of music in this location as is was rap/ r&b didn't think it matched the crowd as MANY people had salads. Speaking of; the salad looked really good, add that ranch, sounds like a winner. Upon cashing out we were asked to tip which is a whole controversy on its own considered we took our own order etc. The service we did get was just ok, nothing special, nothing terrible. I may come back to try a salad if I'm the area but nothing is dragging me back.

Love the burgers and fries and can't beat the value. Fish and chips is a new item- not bad

While known for their delicious burgers, I was delighted to discover they offered a variety of salads to which you could add grilled chicken for $4. I had the Derby salad with avocado, cherry tomatoes bacon, Bleu cheese crumbles, and a generous portion of tender chicken chunks. All the ingredients were fresh and plentiful . I chose their house made Greek dressing (also sold by the bottle- now I'm sorry I didn't bring one home!)It was one of the best salads I've had in a couple of years! But I was moved to write the review because of the service provided in store by Toby. He was gracious, attentive, and so helpful. And this, in a cafeteria type restaurant , where you order at the counter and your food is brought to you. I have eaten at 3 and 4 star restaurants who could use him to train staff! Whoever manages the location at Custer and Parker needs to know he is a STAR! Best service ever! I'll drive the 35 minutes from White Rock Lake to enjoy this again!
