My new favorite bagel shop in DFW! This was by far one of the best bagels I have ever had and I cannot wait to go back. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and a half dozen to take home with poppyseed, blueberry, and plain options which all honestly lasted a while!

I have been coming here for years, since they opened. I haven't been in a few months, what happened here?None of the original staff is here, the staff that is here seems like they just started and couldn't care less. The bagel bar where they prepared some of the bagels in front of you is completely gone. It's now prepared in the back "kitchen" by the restroom. Also the food quality is NOTHING like what I loved.I always ordered the Stallone, which was scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese and the cream cheese and bagel of your choice. It's not even the same food now. The "scrambled egg" was a square cubed egg that tasted like microwaved rubber. The sausage was not fresh and also tastes like cardboard. Don't get me started on the "cream cheese". There was so much cream cheese I had to literally scrape it off into the trash. Also, it's not even the texture of cream cheese. It tastes like runny mayonnaise with chives in it. I threw it out.I'm not sure what happened to this place, if they sold or what, but this is very disappointing and I have lost my favorite bagel place. McDonald's has better tasting breakfast.I hope whatever is going on, whoever is running this business takes this to heart. It had become a staple of Preston Center with a fantastic and warm team and delicious food. The restaurant even feels like it's dead and cold.Whatever this is now, is a mess. Such a shame.

Aside from it being a matter of preference, I feel Shug's is objectively better. Their bagel is airier and spreads more flavorful. Here the bagel was very chewy and dense. Moreover, the shop states the coffee is gourmet, but it's anything but. The syrups aren't home made and the espresso comes out of a coffee machine. Thus, the branding is insincere.

Standard at best. Will stick with my other bagel shop option. What I got: A Greenwich village and an iced snickerdoodle latte ($18.97). You couldn't taste the espresso at all. The latte was watered down - slightly flavored milk. Bagel was barely warm, good, but nothing stood out. Environment: Very clean with plenty of dine in seats!Service: They did their jobs - nothing more nothing less. Waited 15 minutes for my order and there was 2 people in front of me.

Park Avenue on Everything BagelThis is such a great local Bagel place! Pretty much super busy every day it's open at all hours. Yummy lox and cream cheese and capers!!! Not as lifechanging as the bagels up in the northeast, but it is probably one of the best around!

We went two weeks ago and the wait was insanely long at 1pm on a Saturday. I ordered a coffee and apparently they don't have any normal sugar in the whole restaurant? I asked two different people cuz I didn't believe the first one. We noticed the woman calling out orders and handing out food seemed pretty annoyed with the people bugging her at the counter so we tried not to bother her. After nearly 30 minutes and seeing all the people in line cycle out and get their stuff, and the place started yo empty out, we decided to go ask and were handed a bag that had been sitting there for a few minutes. The screen still said our order wasn't ready. So anyways we finally get our cream cheese bagel, and egg and cheese bagel, and they're pretty mid. Probably going to continue searching for a regular bagel spot.

We visited Sclafanis on a Sunday morning for the first time, and it was packed! Pro tip: order ahead and run in for a quick pick up to skip the line and wait!We got several things: a hash brown, plain bagel with strawberry shmear, 5th ave, and lady liberty. Everything was super tasty and very fresh tasting! They forgot to add the $2 extra bacon to the lady liberty (which would have been the perfect addition) which was a little disappointing, but it was still delicious. While it was packed and the customers were enjoying themselves, the people working did a great job of maintaining the atmosphere! They worked tirelessly to get everyone their orders as quickly as possible. It's easy to overlook the missed bacon due to the business of the restaurant. We will definitely return and order ahead!

It used to be a great place. Now it seems that whatever changes they have made are not for the best. I have ordered Stallone bagel and a chive cream cheese bagel and was disappointed completely. The egg on my bagel was like soap, some strange yellowish square, doubt it was egg. It had disgusting processed cheese on it as well. My other bagel was greasy and chives in a cream cheese were not even chopped.I guess another great place is gone to sh..t. Shame

Great breakfast and coffee. The bagels are exceptional, and they pair them with a number of tasty breakfast and lunch sandwich options. The staff were super friendly. I got a cappuccino and The Yankee Clipper (Steak, Egg & Cheese). The bagel was delicious and sandwich ingredients were savory and good. The place was pretty packed the entire time I was there, but you can order on line.

Lady Liberty is FIRE - best bagels in Dallas. I come here all the time and it never disappoints. Go to breakfast bagel spot and don't sleep on their lunch sandwiches either. Owner is so nice and will offer fresh cooked bagels in the morning sometimes. Yankee clipper, Stallone, and 5th Ave are all incredible. Enjoy it
