Ordered a to go order for the first time.. here is my take. Food: Ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings along with chicken parm and eggplant parm. Pizza was really good the crust was amazing and perfect cheese to crust, sauce ratio. (True NY pizza) The Chicken parm & eggplant parm were the stars though... OMG so good, the sauce is 100% handmade and thick not at all watered down. The breading on both was crispy and light. The chicken was pounded thin as it should be. The eggplant was thick and fresh and not at all slimy. I really suspect the pasta is also handmade as is was chewy but al dente. Absolutely delicious! Cost: Inexpensive for the quality and tasteOverall: Hands down the BEST pizza and pasta I have had here since living here in Dallas. If your at all contemplating ordering fottabout it and order.. your mouth will thank you and you will be walking around your house like Tony Soprano asking if there are any leftovers! Salute!

So I've never been to this restaurant before and my co-workers were working in the area on Saturday. I looked up pasta locations in Richardson. This place popped up. I saw the pictures, and they looked pretty good. The reviews were good also. When we got to the location around 3 p.m., the place was pretty empty, and we were able to get 3 tables for around 11 or 12 of us, no problem. I ordered the all meat Stromboli, and some got fettuccine Alfredo, and another's got the New York style slices. The price was decent l. The staff was great and attentive.we got all our food fresh, and the Stromboli was the perfect amount of bread to filling, and it was pretty big. Everything looked and tasted fantastic. Hats off to the cook staff, and the flavors were great. I have tried the pizza here a couple times. Pepperoni and cheese is incredible just like an east coast / ny pie. Great crust and undercarriage. Definitely coming back to try other items. Easy ordering over the phone and great customer service from the young men up front.

Let's face it, pizza is not one of the first cuisines that come to mind when you think about Texas foods. Well, Schiano's is not your typical Texas Pizza place! Eddie and Dana Schiano are serving outstanding pizza, pasta and sandwiches that will please any palate!If your family has a tough time deciding where to eat, Schiano's has something for everyone - including some unique pizza flavors that I just had to try. I settled on a 1/2 Cheeseburger and 1/2 Lasagna Pizza and a Philly Cheesesteak (yes, this is way more than a single meal, but I love cold pizza leftovers!)The Cheeseburger Pizza will play tricks on your brain. You shouldn't like pickles on a pizza, right? But, it works! The hamburger, cheddar cheese, pickles and bacon all come together atop the delicious Schiano's crust for a taste you won't believe. The Lasagna Pizza is now one of my favorite pizzas I've ever had - anywhere! The savory flavors of the marinara and Italian sausage are contrasted with chunks of ricotta cheese that really satisfy.I want to go back and try other items, but I don't think I can resist getting the Lasagna Pizza - at least to take home.The Philly also didn't disappoint. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the jalapenos delivered a nice spice, all on a toasted roll.I can't wait to go back!

I have come to this restaurant multiple times over the past few years, and the experience has been the same each time...stellar. So much to be said about service and quality food. If you're expecting a Michelin star, white glove experience then this won't meet that expectation; however, if you're interested in an affordable, high quality italian cuisine lunch or dinner, then you're in luck. The pizza comes out fresh, the crust is soft, yet crunchy. The shrimp fettuccini Alfredo is one of my wife's favorite meals. It came with 6 jumbo shrimp. I truly enjoy local, family-owned restaurants that deliver on all counts.Please try this place out if you get a chance!

Good and fast service. Got a normal pepperoni pizza and it was nothing exceptional. Tasted similar to a costco pizza but not as greasy. Would come back here if I needed a pizza quickly and was in the area

Food is always good. Definitely is homemade from scratch. Pastas are prepared al dente and eggplant Parmesan and baked ziti are outstanding

Great food. Authentic NY style pizza and sandwiches were delicious. Beef pepperoni was a plus. Family owned = good service.

This is the second time in a row where I've had terrible service. Today I went in and sat down with my son to wait for a table. A party that came after us were sat down before us. I didn't say anything. Finally the guy I originally spoke to about getting a table saw me and told the teen working there that I was there before them so he cleaned a table off and had me sit there. I waited a few mins and took my son to the bathroom and came back waited exactly 5 mins and decided to leave since there were no menus given or anything. The time before this we had been seated and waited and waited and no one came to take our drink orders.. same thing happened the tables who sat after us had drinks and orders taken before us. I really really wanted to give the restaurant a chance hence I came back again but they need more staff that are more attentive
