Sara's Market & Bakery

This was my first time visiting the store and I was very impressed. The store is clean and well stocked. I called in my order at the grill and it was hot and ready when I arrived. The gentleman at the grill even gave me a sample of their caramel baklava (I think that is what he said)I left with a delicious kebab/kefta lunch.I was in and out and will definitely be coming back.

Never would I have imagined to be giving such high regards to a grocery store, but Sara's truly takes the cake with service, freshness, and variety! Upon entry, you will see their vast, colorful, and well-kept produce selection, but the closer you get to the back is where the real magic lies! The first counter you will see is the butcher who has a stunning selection of quality fresh meats for very reasonable prices, and just behind that, you will find the best gyros, dips, and pitas you have ever had! Their deli offers everything from wraps to salads to desserts and a little bit of everything in between, and I can say that the food from here surpasses that of a lot of Dallas restaurants. My go to order is a gyro wrap, then on my way to the cash register, I pick up their homemade pitas, baba ganoush, and harissa. I will say, I was a tad hesitant about the gyro as I couldn't smell the aroma of the grill when walking the store, but this is just a testament to how well cleaned and ventilated the store is as the gyro is delicious & well seasoned.This is a true hidden gem that deserves to be enjoyed by all!

We had a fantastic experience at Sara's Market and were impressed by the variety of fresh items they offered, especially their dips like hummus, garlic sauce, and hot sauce. The dips were not only fresh but also priced fairly, especially when compared to the mediocre, store-bought options typically found at Walmart or Kroger. The quality and flavor of these dips truly stood out. Let's not forget the fresh produce that was marked at a great value! Our visit also included a stop at the Bakery and Grill area, which was a highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the gentlemen working there generously offered samples of some pastries. They were delightful--layered, flaky, and full of flavor. We decided to try two wraps from the grill: one beef and one chicken.The beef wrap was particularly memorable, with the meat being exceptionally tender, juicy, and well-cooked. However, both wraps fell short on seasoning, as they lacked the spice or robust flavor we were expecting. Even the hot sauce dip that we bought didn't deliver the heat we were hoping for, though it was still flavorful in its own way.While the quality was decent, the pricing left us a bit disappointed. Paying $24 for two wraps felt steep, especially considering the portion size and lack of bold flavors. For that price, we expected a bit more in terms of either portion or a side dish. Overall, Sara's Market is worth a visit for its fresh dips and warm service, but the wraps might not provide the best value for money.

I had the absolute best experience. Everyone at the grill was helpful and kind and helped to make sure our catering order was ready on time. We had countless compliments on the food at our baby's birthday lunch. We gave many guests the contact info so that they could enjoy this wonderfully made food at their next gathering. What a blessing!

I've been here a handful of times and always stock up on their fresh whole wheat pita, hummus, and spicy labneh (their garlic spread is also very yummy)! I love their wide variety of offerings and have been able to find some niche items for baking/cooking! They have a great produce selection (and meat counter but I haven't grabbed anything from there yet). The grill is open slightly different hours from the grocery store but it is worth planning around since the shish tawook is SO yummy - it can last a couple meals and every aspect is delicious! They also have some yummy offerings in their bakery case (including the viral Dubai chocolate bars)! The staff is so nice/has been helpful with questions and I highly recommend checking out this spot!

This market has a very nice cooked food area in the back where they make kabobs and wraps. Really nice. I had a chicken kabob dinner and it came with some grilled veggies and a cucumber and tomato salad.

Fantastic place to get middle eastern grocery items. Store was busy, but very well stocked and clean. We bought some eggplant dip with pomegranate and also beet hummus which were fantastic with the store roasted spicy pita chips. Would definitely go back for the butcher counter alone. Total gem! Don't forget the baklava!

As a Lebanese guy, this bakery was excellent. They had a lot of old school items that I grew up with. I came here years ago back in 2016 and I'm glad to see nothing has changed. The produce is top quality, too. The bakery items themselves were a little limited but maybe that's just because I came so early in the morning. I was very excited. Can't wait to come back.

Best fresh produce! Outstanding baklava, baba ganoush, hummus and pita! Bakery items top notch. Owners and staff super friendly and helpful. Store wide selections are superior . Thanks Zaid and Abdullah for your kindness and help (and the fabulous pita wrap!) Love it!

Horrible service. Kinda scary looking inside. The food wasn't even good. I'm surprised they have reviews, did they buy them??
