Came with a group of women to enjoy a birthday brunch. Food was good, coffee was great, ambiance is amazing, service was great too. This is definitely a great brunch option at anytime. Will definitely return.

I came across the San Martin Bakery via an Instagram post and decided to check it out. I ordered the combo meal that comes with soup, half a sandwich, and a drink, and I thought it was good for the price. I noticed they had some specialty coffees, so I decided to try the Nutella cappuccino, which was really nice--I would definitely order that again. Overall, the hot meals were great, and I would come back to try different dishes. The only disappointing part was that some of the pastries we got from the bakery seemed old or had been left out for hours. We tried a few, such as the apple tart and Nutella pastry, and both were softer than they should have been--they didn't have the expected crunch, so we didn't enjoy them as much. I would come back again to try a few different pastries to see if they're better.I really like the restaurant! It's well-designed, has a great style, and feels very cozy. Plus, it's located in an area with plenty of parking, other restaurants, and a cinema nearby. All the staff members I interacted with were very friendly. It's definitely a lovely spot for families, couples, or get-togethers with friends.

Have been twice. Good options for brunch with small or large parties, very large and open area inside with outdoor seating as well. Food is Guatemalan so it's unique in its own way. Would recommend to try once at least. May not be everyone's typical breakfast but unique in its own. They have a few vegetarian options as well and can do most items without the meat. Only been here for brunch but also have a lunch and dinner menu.

The bakery has such unique and nicely decorated baked goods. I went to the restaurant during lunch and all the options looked so good, it was hard to decide. I ended up getting a sandwich and it was a very generous portion that I couldn't finish the second half or the chips. They had a huge selection of drinks that were all very aesthetic. Service was friendly too, so I would recommend others to check San Martin out!

This is a new restaurant in Addison and it is beautiful! I have gone to the uptown location and it was great so needed to try the Addison location. It is bright, clean, minimal, cultural, gigantic. So beautiful! We got there at 3 expecting to get brunch on a Sunday, however, we were too late by 15 minutes. BUT we asked our server and she spoke to the chefs and they allowed us to get brunch!!!! We were grateful! I got the blueberry pancakes, potato hash, dirty chai! The portions were large! I had to take half of my dish home! The pancakes tasted like something that my mom made us growing up! Flavorful, fluffy, soft, and sweet. The blueberries were sweet enough to not need syrup. I actually took the whipped cream off. The potatoes offset the sweetness! The potatoes were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The coffee was legit! I needed that coffee and it was amazing. I really want to come here for brunch weekly! The staff was nice, the location was beautiful and clean, the food felt like it was homemade from my moms house. I loved my experience!

The. smell of the fresh bakery is amazing! Was greeted with a smile and friendly hospitality. It was packed in the place and we were seated immediately. Ambiance is good ,great decor gives you a tropical vibe. We had a male waiter he was extremely slow and very un attentive. We waited at least 10 mins just for a glass of water , as soon as he came we ordered due to we didn't know how long it would take for him to come back.I can say once we finally received our food , the fruit was some of the freshest and sweetest I've had coming from a restaurant the different drinks were amazing.Food okay, it all came out cold in which they had the air on in the restaurant and it was 40 degrees outside it was so cold in the place made it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy. I would only return for the drinks and pastries food try at your own risk.

On Saturdays the wait is a little long so make sure to get reservations or if you're okay with waiting walk ins are okay. The food was okay, I had the farmers breakfast. The bacon was slightly overcooked. The pancakes were fluffy and good. My daughter has the kids classic and she ate everything but the eggs. The eggs weren't cooked with seasoning so maybe it didn't taste that great to her. Also got a Bracelet Mimosa that comes with a nice bracelet, it reminded me of when I went to Guatemala. It was pretty cheap meal so that was a plus! Also the bakery is too amazing! I think the bakery was my favorite part.

The food was very good. Our table had huevos rancheros, breakfast enchiladas, burger, breakfast tacos & ballada. Our fav was huevos rancheros!!! Huge hit! The sauce was so yummy!! The bread was ok. A bit dry for us. To address some negative reviews: Our service was slow to start but our food came out quickly. Our waitress was attentive after the food was delivered. Some was warm not hot but was fine. The temperature in restaurant was comfortable not cold like some reviews said. We will be back for huevos rancheros! Pic of the almost cleared plate.

In 1974 San Martin was a small neighborhood bakery in Guatemala City. At the time, their production line had only 4employees and their processes were 100% artisanal (many of the same processes that they still use today). What began as a small neighborhood bakery, has evolved into over 60 stores in Guatemala and El Salvador, all of which are still considered neighborhood bakeries bythousands of families. Hard work, vision and passion have led them to have opened at least 1 store per year for the last 40 years! The team is driven by excellence, loyalty, honesty, humbleness, and teamwork and practice these values in a day-to-day basis in order to meet their goals. The bakers put their skillsto work at the crack of dawn every day, ensuring our customers always have freshly baked goods.Over the years, they have engaged in long-lasting friendships with European artisan bakers that have guided them in appreciating the art of baking. Throughout every step of the product developmentprocess, San Martin is committed to keeping artisan traditions andtechniques alive.Source: https://www.sanmartinbakery.us/menu/pdf/brunch.pdf
