The bbq is ALWAYS fresh and the manager is very friendly and accommodating. It's not a fancy place, but it is amazing. It's a little bit hidden, on the northwest section of Rowlett Rd and 66.

We were glad we decided to try a new restaurant. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated, by the host. Our server Angel was very attentive and friendly. The food overall was great! From the BBQ to the country style options. My daughter tried their smash burger & it was also really good. We had some pecan pie w/ vanilla ice cream & homemade banana pudding too... We will definitely be coming back for more!

Pulled pork was not juicy (on the verge of dry) and had no flavor.Needed salt. Potato salad lacked flavor and was more like mashed potatoes. That also needed salt. My husband's Nashville chicken sandwich was ok. The spices they put in the batter were good but it tasted like it was cooked in dirty grease. The only thing that was good was the macaroni and French fries. Even after I didn't like the food, I considered getting a dessert, but the waitress took too long to check back on us towards the end. Staff was friendly overall and the environment is nice. But unfortunately I would not return.

Majority of the sides were terrible such as the baked beans, Mac n cheese and creamed corn. The good sides were sweet potato fries, onion rings and hush puppies. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was okay and the regular fried chicken sandwich was decent. Other people in the group tried the grilled catfish, spud, burger and chicken strips. Wouldn't go back but was worth a try.

My husband went to Pickup our to go on 6/28/24 at 4:35pm. Brought the food home and I could tell by the way it looked there might be a problem.But I decided to give them a benefit of the doubt,I was very disappointed the food was not satisfactory for what we paid for,the meat was very dry and the sides were under seasoned.Not a good first impression.Don't know if it was close to closing time but the meat was under the heat too long.Maybe I will try again not sure.Through the food away before taking pictures.Denice Williams

Excellent Barbecue. Always ask for Extra Lean . Last two times they forgot the bbq sauce ! I checked before I left the 3 rd time and nope . They forgot it again . Hire smarter people . Asked me if I wanted change I'm not giving a guy 12.00 in a tip to a pick up order.
