Salata

Okay I love salads and by chance noticed they had shrimp on the menu as a choice. However, the shrimp I received on my salad had not been deveined. Which means when a shrimp is not deveined means you're eating their poop! The black vein on the back is the poop!

My favorite salad. All fresh ingredients and my salad, my way! Service is always stellar in my experience. Generally visit during lunch on week days. If you follow me, you certainly know I am salad lover. Salata always come to mind when I want a delicious salad.This place never disappoints.

Tried Salata for the 1st time today since I was craving a salad. I fell in love with all the different options to create your own salad. Everything looked so clean and fresh. The croutons are very buttery and good. The staff were very helpful and nice. I got the small salad with grilled chicken and gatorade for $18.95. I will definitely be back.

I visited this location yesterday for the first time and was disappointed. The price for the serving size you get, assuming you want protein, is very high. I appreciated the unlimited toppings and variety to choose from, but nothing about the small vegetarian salad I ordered was worth the $17 I paid for it. The woman working the counter was very nice and let me taste the dressings and provided good service. The restaurant is clean and tidy, but not some place I'd think to sit and eat lunch with a friend.

Good to be back and love the updated remodel. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Staff is always friendly. Fan of the Salata Mix!

First time at the uptown location and I like the overall placement of where it's at in this community. It's a one way street which confused me at first while trying to find parking, but There is a parking garage nearby if street parking is unavailable. The overall restaurant is smaller in comparison to the Addison location , and a lot narrower. However, customer service was pretty good and I didn't feel like I was rushed when placing my order during the peak hours of lunch. The salad was very fresh and I have no complaints there. Paid about $15 for a drink and salad which isn't too bad based on the quality. Nice location overall.

This location is one of the worst restaurants I have tried to order food for delivery from. After multiple attempts to call, the phone keeps going to voicemail with a full voicemail. Upon talking to the DoorDash driver, the restaurant told him "all the items were included". Working in a hospital, it is hard to leave the unit to pick up food so we resort to delivery from various places. Tried to call corporate to make a complaint and still waiting for a call back. DoorDash corporate was extremely kind over the phone but bc the order was made thru Salata directly, they cannot help with a refund :(

Overpriced at $50 for two salads and a soup plus waters. The service was strangely slow considering they weren't even busy. It was difficult to communicate with the staff.

Poor service. When asked if we could look at the many options they had the worker says "look we have 3 options, salad or wrap" in a very rude manner. We have never been to Salata and wanted to try it out but we left without ordering anything. No one else was in line either, I hate disrespectful and rushed service. I will not be coming back to this location and will be letting others know not to come to this location.

Was surprised to see negative reviews. This place is my go to for a fresh and filling wrap or salad. Staff is always kind and friendly as well.
