It was almost 9pm on a Saturday night & I had just had a massage and wanted something light & healthy before heading home. I remembered see this place pop up after the corner sat empty and ugly for so long. Just the colors and clean look are appealing! So I pulled into the drive-thru, not seeing anyone else in line but surprise - there were two cars in front of me when I pulled in. There are two lines, very convenient these days. When I approached the speaker, it kindly told me they were closed for the night. I hadn't noticed the time and was about to drive on but someone greeted me thru the speaker, so I looked at the menu and asked 'Are you closing?' He said 'Yeah, in about 4 minutes'. He didn't seem rushed at all so I took a sec to decided but had already seen the Greek salad so I ordered that. He asked if I'd like a protein - chicken or tofu. I declined both, since it was late for me to be eating. When I reached the window, the young man was so friendly and professional. I told him I was going to give them a good review. Most young people these days would have just ignored me but he smiled and said, 'Thank you, we appreciate that'.The 5 minute drive home and another ten minutes that passed before I could eat did not diminish the freshness at all. As you can see in the pictures, the food is compartmentalized somewhat. Some might leave it that way, but the instructions say to pour the dressing, shake it up and enjoy! The olives were so good, the tomatoes very fresh and the lettuce green and crunchy. I've read many reviews over the past year about salads appearing with 'bugs' in them. I saw one review here. Some really nice restaurants are included. They say its something about the 'organic'-ness of the food, not using pesticide. So I guess just be alert, lol. But I'm thinking a very good wash might help a lot also.I liked this place an will definitely return!
