My friends and I had a blast at trivia night! The competition was fierce, and it pushed each team to give their all. The place was a bit understaffed for the crowd, but the service was still pretty good overall. They had big tvs all over with live sports playing which was nice.Their cocktails and food weren't anything special, though. The pizza fries were okay, but they were way too soggy. The chips and queso were unappealing. The queso had more of a hummus consistency, and the tortilla chips were too thick. They excelled with the cajun wings. The wings were crispy yet juicy and paired well with the ranch dressing!Overall it was a fun experience. I'd come back to catch a game, drink or play pool if I was nearby.

Great sports environment for Saturdays and Sunday. Jess and Brittany very personable hosts.

The burger here was pretty good! Sometimes coming to a bar for food can be good or bad but this was a great Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Burger was cooked fresh and the fries were perfect and crispy. The bacon was just ok but maybe if you ask for the bacon crispy they will accommodate.

Amazing time! Listened to live music on a Saturday afternoon, with wonderful food and drinks. Always receive great service.

Came back on Saturday for the first time in awhile. Not sure if there were any drink specials since my buddies got me. We had about 50 shots or so, and it wasn't too expensive. Also had the sampler appetizer platter, that was pretty good as well.

1st time here, very nice establishment. My boyfriend and I visited on a Friday night. Really enjoyed the live DJ and drinks. Will definitely be back!

Saintsbury Tavern, the place closest to me that I haven't been to in over 2 years since i've known its existence. Hmmmm. So, great location, love the outdoor seating, and the staff is very friendly. For sure. I went there with my date when the live music was playing and her thoughts were -"you brought me to a place where failed 1st round american idol contestants play music". Good start for me. lolLuckily, the drinks were good and well priced. Huge plus there, because it was a coin-flip on the food. The queso and chips, were a small fail. Thick and congealing pretty fast. It was too much pre made cheese mix and not enough liquid to bring up the consistency of the queso. Chips were fine tho. One a scale of how good they are, think opposite of chuy's queso. (Chuys is in the top 3 best queso's).For food, the cajun pasta. Overall, pretty good dish, which was a very pleasant surprise for us. The cream sauce was consistent and had some spice. The chicken and pasta was cooked well. The red onions should be yellow or sweet onions, and the red peppers were fine. The knife cuts on the veggies were inconsistent and needed work. Big/small wide and thin. They really supported diversity there. Finally, the toast. Unbuttered, un seasoned toast. WHY? Dry plain toast...Overall, definitely see myself coming back for drinks, just maybe not food.

The drinks were good, the bar wasn't too crowded, and the games were all good quality, but the music was bad. HOWEVER.... STORY TIMEThe bartenders threw a fit when we paid our bill for "not tipping enough". We had a $300 bill split between 6 people, with each person paying a varying amount depending on what they ordered. After the first three guys paid for $95 of that $300 total and tipped $5 each ($15 total), two bartenders started giving dirty looks and pulled me aside to say "you know you only paid $15 for a $300 bill, that should be a $50 tip minimum."I told her that we still have 3 guys paying for the other $200 of the bill and we're going to tip fairly.The rest of my friends finished paying and left a $30 tip for the remaining $200 on the tab. That comes out to a $45 tip for a $300 tab. What is 15% of $300? Oh, $45!So we gave a 15% tip to bartenders that were talking to other patrons while making our drinks, that didn't deliver us our drinks, collected beers that we were still drinking, etc just not fantastic above and beyond service. you just made us drinks. And then complained about tips while we were still finishing up tipping you.Anyways,After wrapping up the bill and beginning to walk out the bartender restarted the conflict with me and said we "should learn how to tip". I apologized and explained that we are all freshly 21 year old college students but we still paid $45 tip for a $300 tab, and that throughout the night we bought beers in cash and left the change as tips. Instead of thanking us for our gracious 15% tip she said to "tell my friends they tip like shit". At this point the entire bar staff was wandering around the counter so we just left, I'll still be confused to this day on how a 15% tip is worthy of escalating something so far.unfortunately will not be attending this establishment again until I try all the other bars in North Texas.

Me and my boyfriend frequent Saints and it is always a good experience! Staff is friendly and attentive and the food is always good!

Was there Sunday 04/14, in the late evening, service was great at first and there was an obvious shift change. When the shift change happened the new bartender that we ordered with stated there wasn't a way to make the drink I received previously (about 30 minutes earlier). We told her just to make something similar. Which they did and it was delicious. We asked for the same drink again and she told us she didn't have a way to make it. We kindly told she just made it for us, then she called the bouncer on us who then picked up my friend and carried her out the door in an aggressive manner. No warning was given, and it was definitely not warranted just because she didn't want to make a drink. I feel that if the bouncer was instead a mediator of the situation instead of aggressive with picking her up, it would have resolved the situation.
