I love Rosa's. They have good simple fresh food and it's always crowded on taco Tuesdays.

Guess I should update my review since this location has pulled out of their nose dive. I've been several times since my last review and they've come back from looming disaster. I was thrilled because the food is inexpensive,good and the drive thru, even at busy times is fast. Recently,breakfast tacos, lunch tacos,taco salads,queso and tamale dinners have all been solid.For now it's still a....Go!

Our 1st experience at Rosa's but we had to try Taco Tuesday. Omg young man at counter who took our order so nice. I told him our first time and we needed to learn order at counter find a table and pick up order when our number called. Not my idea of eating out but this place has it down. A large salsa bar, fix your own drink. Best part 1/2 price we got 3 crispy beef tacos with beans rice for 6.99 who does that ? Flavorful and fresh. Large room full at lunch time and a drive thru.

I came to Rosa's as a person from Pittsburgh, visiting my friend in Dallas. Being from Pittsburgh, I loved everything about this experience. All the Spanish speaking people, the food that had a great tex-mex smattering of options, the friendly and very fast service. The upbeat Mexican styling of the building and decor, and of course all the free salsa options. I am glad we got to experience it.

I've gone here a few times to pick food up before and while generally they get the order right, there are occasions where they miss something.

I ordered a beef fajita taco salad. The beef fajita was not fully cooked like I prefer it to be. It was almost fully red, instead of brown. It is normally fully brown at the Rosa's I prefer to visit without me having to ask. I requested it to be fully cooked, but it came back out looking the same. I gave 2 stars because the guy at the register was kind and willing to accommodate. The lady who handed me the food was a bit rude and made a snarky comment when she handed me the remade food.

Excellent fast friendly and patient service from Alex at the order desk. By the time we selected a table our food was ready .Great fresh tortillas and chips. Good selection of salsas too.Very colorful decorations all around, all in all a pleasant quick lunch. Looking forward to another visit.

Sorry, but when its my 1st visit anywhere and the 1st person you see is rude, then it's a bad experience for me. This is a walk up to the counter restaurant (not what I was expecting) and signage resembles Taco Bell. Pricing is similar to fast food. If you are on a budget, this would be a good choice. The food beats fast food, I will give it that, but not by much. After we ordered our food no one told us the process. We were expecting a server to bring our food with the chips and salsa but no, you have to watch for your number on the electronic billboard. After we figured it out, we had to dig for the crumpled up receipt which had our number. Our food had been sitting there and must have come out two minutes after we seated. So, where's the chips and salsa? We could see baskets of them on a shelf so why didn't someone bring us one? Hubs went back to the counter to ask Grumpy and she said you have to pay for them. When you get them, it comes with an empty styrifoam container. So, where is the salsa? No one told us there was a salsa bar so hubs went to find it. It's hard for me to give one star but as I said from the start about rude service. The food could have been the best and I still would give one star.

The food is great and very affordable. The homemade tortillas are my favorite. The ground beef is finely chopped adding carrots and onions...so good. The interior of the restaurant is colorful...would love my kitchen to have the same flare.

Food is always good and fresh! I recommend this restaurant highly! The tortillas are just as good as homemade!
