This place it tucked away INSIDE the market. You think when you are only ordering 2 items - AND you wrote them down exactly as they were on the online menu - word for word, and the cashier rings you up based on looking at that very piece of paper in his hands, AND you also spoke the exact words in person to him, they would get it right...but nope.I have been thinking about this samosa sandwich since my husband moved to Irving (and his condo is only 500 feet of this place as the crow flies) - today was the day. I went there in person, not trusting them to get it right by phone order, AND not ordering online so that Grub Hub doesn't take 25% of the money I spend.Once home and opening my bag, I was displeased to find plain (lukewarm) samosas (NOT a sandwich) and the 2 piece Vada Pac plate which was correct.As others have said - the cashier is less than enthusiastic and (obviously) could not give a crud about his job.I realize this was not a big order, BUT it was a "test" order and I was hoping it would be great, and become our regular place. Based on this experience - nope, I will move on to the 20 other Indian restaurants in my husband's neighborhood to find our "regular" spot.

If you're looking for Rajasthani food that presents a taste close to home, then Rajwadi is the place for you!**If you're vegetarian/veganThey go beyond the traditional Rajasthani dishes by going as afar ( :-) ) as the neighboring state of Gujarat to their traditional dhoklas and dabeli, and even have a rendition of vegetarian biryani if that is what you seek.In addition to this, if you're looking for traditional Indian sweet treats, they have`options like gulab jamun, ladoos, kaju katli, jalebis, rasgulla, ras malai etc.I was in the mood for stuffed paratha (flatbread) and this one was done with cauliflower, although you can get it done with potatoes if you prefer. I thought the stuffing was a little bland, and needed some more aggressive spicing.Gujrati daal was fine (slow cooked lentils) and went well with the ordinary rotis I ordered.The aloo-gobi which is a dish prepared with potatoes and cauliflower was pretty good, I thought they did their spice game well. Lots of cilantro always brightens any dish and this rendition had that in plenty.Overall, a good option in the Irving area if you're looking for homestyle Rajasthani food, or if you just wanna pick up some Indian sweets.

Best samosas in town, we absolutely love them. Great service, the gentlemen on the counter was nice enough to wait for us even when they had closed for the day. I am from UP (India) and no longer miss my town samosas. Having one samosa while writing this review:)

Best place in valley ranch for North Indian Veg cuisine. I love it for both lunch and dinner . The different combo options are amazing with various curry choices , must eat for okra and alu gobhi.Also I loved the chai . The food is truly like indian home made food.

Amazing, wish they can open monthly membership plan because I order food from here almost every other day as i m working woman and mom of a kid we all eat rajwadi food happily and test's always same mild and truly amazing. Even in my fasting i order from rajwadi and their sabudana khichadi, vada all are super. Great efforts to keep same test and pure Gujrati test. I wanted some lady to come my place for cooking but from the time I found rajwadi i never get need of it.

Mini Gujarati thali: Was great. The dal was very authentic Gujarati dal- a little bit sweet sour. Combo #2: it consists of 4 chapatis + 2 curries, Raita, pickle. This was good, but the okra I took was just fine, was expecting a amazing one as my friend had heightened it for me. Pros: Great food for a inexpensive price!Cons: Kinda casual dining, small place. Good for takeout though.

3 stars because the owner and his attitude is not the friendliest . Some items on the menu are awesome and others are just okay. I like their samosa s and have usually catered just the samosas from them for parties . Good spot for a quick lunch . The rotis and paranthas are good but they are not flexible in subbing things in your order . I know what to get from here which is - thali and samosa . Rest is hit/miss depending on your taste

For budget eating this is the place to go. Puran poli is great and so are all their vegetables combos. Samosas are expensive but decent taste. Will definitely go back.
