Prosper Playhouse

We had my son's three year old birthday party here and it was great! It was so well-organized, the kids had an amazing time, and the staff were very helpful, efficient, and friendly! From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

I thought it would be fun to take my 1 1/2 year old and my 3 year old here to play one morning. Upon walking in, the woman at the front wasn't the nicest. I'm guessing mornings aren't her thing. The toddler area is pretty terrible. It's tucked under the tumbling and very dark. The toys also needed to be updated. It looked like pieces that they just picked up on bulk trash day that someone was throwing out. There isn't enough for a little one to do. The tubing area looked fun. However it's definitely for older kids. My 3 year old is on the tall side but he still struggled to reach some things, like steps going down. The music in there needs to be turned down. They have it blaring. It's a bit unnecessary. It wasn't busy but I've heard it's mass chaos in there some days. I wouldn't recommend bringing younger kids during busy times. It seems like one of those places where they could get trampled and it's definitely not the easiest for an adult to maneuver around up there if you have to go get your kid.

I had my two toddlers (3 & 4) birthday party here on a Sunday afternoon! It was perfect, they had set up the theme in the party room for me and made sure everyone was checked in! All the kids played so well we practically had the gym to ourselves! Pizza was delicious, staff was super sweet & the owner is the best part! My kids didn't wanna leave!! 10/10

This place is too small! People who are hosting parties should have priority and allowing people in from the public should be capped to help eliminate feeling crowded. Instead, they allowed people in from the public on top of hosting parties! The staff lacked customer service( the front desk rep and the party host). This place was overpriced compared to other competitors. For the overall experience we got, I would not go back! Very sad to have to write this knowing they are a small business!Based on the owners responses on goggle reviews, I'm expecting the owner to come in here next. The business owner is not professional and tends to give excuses for the staff. Instead of providing a solution to my bad experience here the owner will respond to your review with a list of excuses and no resolution to have a returning customer! So before the owner comes on here as a paying customer I'm entitled to my own review. I only had one host and she was not friendly. She was rude to the children and I tipped her $15 based on my experience!

First, they took down our review when we had a bad experience. we are part of a mom group that comes here for our kids and we were not informed that the $100 punch cards expired.. I also sent an email and no one ever replied. Worst customer service and won't take responsibility for their mess ups. Way to take make yourself look better by deleting reviews on true experiences...

Amazing place for kids especially in the scorching summer heat of Texas. Very friendly staff my kids love them!

I'm a little torn on how to review this place. I would truly give it 3.5 stars if that was an option. What makes it unique is that it is the only indoor playhouse in Prosper. It charges a premium of $14/child. It's also in the middle of nowhere in an industrial park so there's not much to do nearby i.e. can't combine errands. If you are willing to drive 10-15 miles, the world is your oyster and there are lots of options for kid entertainment, starting at $11/child. If you have more than one child, then the savings add up and is significant. Is Prosper Playhouse the most fun indoor playhouse my kids have been to? No, but it is the closest. The staff is really nice.

Im part of a mom group and we thought it would be great to get the $100 punch card to come have play dates together, as we live far from one another, however the employees here FAILED to tell us they expire after 6 months. I come visit from California to specifically let our kids have fun in a kid safe environment. If I knew these were going to expire so soon I wouldn't have wasted my money in the first place. Prosper Playhouse is such a ripoff. They take advantage of you and your money. Their only interest is money. You can tell the people who work here are just there for the paycheck and don't actually give quality customer service and barely train their workers, which is why this happened in the first place. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

I am so disappointed in this establishment. We had a good experience when we attended a birthday party here 1 year and a half ago. So I was surprised how unprofessional and unfriendly they were when I tried taking my son and his two friend last Sunday for open play.I called the Prosper Playhouse at 1:30 pm and asked if they had open play today and until what time. I was told yes and that they were open until 4pm. Their website states 5:30pm, which was disregarded. We showed up at 2:45 pm to a sign at the door that said "Enjoy the weather, we are closed" I didn't write this review immediately, because I wanted to call them to explain what happened. I just got off the phone with them. They said it was a slow traffic day and they decided to close. Also that there are many days they close without knowing before hand because of full facility rentals. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she didn't they were going to do that because she had already left for the day last week. Needless to say, they will not last long if they have conflicting information on their website and front staff that is not sympathetic when working with children.***** There isn't a way to reply to the owner, but the person on the phone said it was a slow day that's why they closed. That doesn't align with what you are saying *****

Found this place while visiting family and had a blast. Amber was great all around. Super friendly and helpful and the kids had a great time. We definitely have plans to go one more time before leaving town, but would absolutely return the next time we visit.
