Ordered online and I had a few questions however they weren't answering the phone after multiple calls. I just think it's because it's the weekend. But was easy placing a delivery and notified exactly what was going on. Food was delivered before time estimate. And was amazing . Got 4 bacon hot dogs and fries. Just what we wanted and needed I recommend. Definitely a stand out hot dog !

I found a fly in my rice bowl. They took forever. The beans were bland and liquidy. Maybe thy should hire more than two peopleOwner is lying. I called and asked for a refund and was rudely answered with "What do you want?" he said no, we can't give a refund, "I'm not making enough money" and you should not haver ordered late. We told him we couldn't eat anymore food after finding rotten veggies and a fly in my food. He said sorry and cannot refund, only for the hotdog which I already ate. What??? Beware of these lying, deceitful, nasty employees here.

Found this spot in DT dallas near the AT&T discovery center. Small hole in the wall spot with tacos, quesadillas, loaded fries, and hot dogs. Ordered 2 of the speciality hot dogs and steak loaded fries. Loved the chili cheese hot dog and loaded fries. Prices were very reasonable too.

I was in town on business and walked past the place one day after work. Went in and chatted with Chris and another employee. Great vibes and the rest was simple. Chris helped me place my order. The cheesesteak hotdog was the bomb!! Fries were crisp and seasoned, not wilted or soft.

The product is not the same as the pictures, My Chicago dog was pencil thin, there was no pickle spear as the picture showed, just chopped pickles. The service was a 5 out of 10 not horrible but not good either. The food was edible again about a 5 out of 10. I won't be going back.

I live at Mosaic and can say this restaurant is the most enjoyable part of this building. Chris is always super welcoming and passes that attitude down to his employees. All the people leaving negative comments are definitely unpleasant/ignorant people who probably just didn't get the response they wanted since Chris tends to carry himself in a mature, yet stern manner. News flash, some people are actually willing to stick up for themselves when you act like an idiot in their place of business! When things get busy, he's in there working with his employees, which is admirable. The prices/portions are fair, and the food always hits the spot. The man is simply out here to run a business. You give him respect, and he shows you the same courtesy. I have far too many examples of good deeds he has shown me. But instead of using my review as an example, just come find out for yourself.
