Prego pasta house offers you a variety of great Italian specialty! !! Best pizza , best chiken fried steak! By the observer!!They have great staff very friendly!The ambiance is nice and relaxed! I highly recommend prego pasta house in business for over 40 years!!

This "old school" eatery is one of my best friends favorites so I decided to take my wife there recently for our anniversary. 25 minutes to get our food and they have my wife order wrong. Eggplant parm instead of chicken parm.We were leaving and the valet guy who looked like a homeless man ask us to our appall if we "took care of his tip inside?" Tacky, tacky and so tacky we won't be back.Looks like the fam has taken the "eye off the ball" on this one......

Fancy lil Italian spot on upper Greenville! Nice for sitting at the bar or a date night. It was kid friendly as well. We loved the pizza! They have specials each day and great prices on their wine. Service was awesome!

I've been wanting to come to Prego Pasta House for so long and unfortunately it was just average. I went for a spontaneous lunch date around noon on a week day. It wasn't packed but it was busy. We ordered the Italian lunch chop salad and a chicken parm sandwich. The salad was good but overdressed. I loved that it was truly a chop salad, everything was small bite size pieces. The size of the salad was impressive, I couldn't finish it. The chicken parm sandwich was average. It was thinly baked, crispy pieces of chicken but there wasn't really any flavor to the breading. I asked for extra red sauce for dipping. The sauce took it up a notch! I mean who doesn't love a hot, flavorful red sauce!! Our waiter was nice but not exceptional service. The manager (or what I presume was the manager) was hustling though!! He welcomed us, sat us, parked the cars, cleared the table and checked in on us. I hope that man is appreciated!Prices were reasonable for lunch ($12-$15/pp).

Wow!! Shrimp Prego is now my favorite dish in Dallas!! Ok folks, get ready to have your socks knocked off. This is such a delicious and amazing dish. Fresh perfectly cooked lightly battered butterflied shrimp with an incredible lemon butter and capers sauce. Get it ASAP!Here is the story... I had already eaten lunch and joined friends for a late lunch to chat. This dish passed us going to another table and it totally caught my eye. The presentation was awesome. I asked the waiter what that was, he told me and I said I want that too. Best decision I've be made in years! I ate the whole thing. Ugh - 2 lunches and I was not hungry. One bite and I could not stop. I could not wait to come back!GO, GO, GO!!!!!

Prego, you're not the sexiest girl on the block driving by-but man, you are excellent!! My boyfriend and I popped in Sunday night with no expectations. My bf had expectations that this place may be a little on the stuffy side- granted their years in business. Let me tell you! We have been driving by A GEM for years!!!! I'm now obsessed with this place, their friendly patrons and the INCREDIBLE FOOD! we sat at the bar. Our bartender was so helpful and friendly. Everything we ordered was as fantastic. I don't eat red meat, and they actually offer veggie lasagna here! It was absolutely delicious. I'm eating it again tonight and am not emotionally prepared for when it is gone. This is one of the GREAT restaurants Dallas still has. It's become overrun with chain and mediocre everything. Come support this spot- you won't regret it!

A quaint little place with years of heritage! I've eaten here many times and it is always fabulous. I've driven down from OK for years to only eat the crab claws but everything there is amazing! The salads have a light Italian dressing and the portion size is just right. Make a point to go eat at Prego's!
