I came here back in October to celebrate a family member's birthday and we had a great experience. We ate the Perry's famous pork chops. It was my first time having them and I was pleasantly impressed. The service size is plentiful; it's a thick cut, about an inch and a half. However, the flavor is scrumptious. The pork chops were tender and well-seasoned. I just admit my first pork chop was a bit dry, but the server noticed and brought me out another that was perfect and wasn't as dry as the first one. This is a must-try! The accompanying mashed potatoes are also good, as well as the apple sauce. As for drinks, it has hand-crafted mocktails, the Pineapple Ginger Mojito, and the Smoky Rita. They were both good with distinct flavors. The Pineapple Ginger Mojito was mixed well, and the ginger flavor wasn't overpowering. The Smoky Rita was sweet and smooth but very sweet. I recommend these two drinks. The service here was exceptional. The service was very attentive and very proactive in attending to our needs. I really appreciated this. I can't wait to come back here.

Couldn't wait to go to Perry's and left disappointed.Had a reservation for 3, for our annual Christmas get together. Was seated within 5 - 10 minutes of arrival. This restaurant is beautiful. The decor gives luxury, the lighting is dim, nice for a date night.But....the service! Immediately the waitress vibe was not good. Sadly I feel that she stereotyped us, and she looked like us. It took forever to get our drinks (2 mocktails and a lemonade). 1 drink was returned due to it tasting like mint and the drink ingredients didn't contain mint. Next one was brought out in a dirty glass with something red on the inside of the cup.Food finally arrived, and one person's order didn't come out. Again mind you it's only 3 of us with very simple orders. We told the runner what we were missing, he said it's coming out, and never did. We advised the waitress after she finally made her way back to our table, as well as asked for plates for the sides that had been just sitting. She insisted that she did put the whole order in and would take care of it. A few moments later the manager came out with the entree, apologized, and said it's on the house. The pork chop bites were tiny, overcooked, and overpriced. The vegan chop steak was great, and so were the sides. The sides were actually really good. Once we received the check the entree that was on the house was still on there, we told her, she got an attitude and said well he didn't tell me. But she fixed it. Will I go back? I doubt it. Bad customer service is a BIG no, no for me. The food was okay but nothing I will be talking about in the future. We still enjoyed ourselves, but the service was simply unacceptable.

I was thinking of the perfect place to celebrate my 26th birthday and I knew I had to return to Perry's! It was the perfect night at one of my favorite restaurants with one of my favorite people. We ordered the Pork Chop Bites, 5 skewers this time, and they were even more amazing than I remembered. I completely see why Perry's is famous for them, they are perfectly sweet and savory. We also had the Broiled Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms as our appetizer and they were great as well. We saved some of the bread and dipped it in the sauces, which was a great idea.Next, we had the Field Green, Pear & Candied Pecan Salad. This is one of my favorite salads and the candied pecans are excellent. For our entrees, we had the Filet Mignon and Ribeye, Koji-Aged and medium rare. These steaks were one of the main reasons I chose Perry's and I was impressed and in love once again. They were excellent in taste and presentation. We also ordered the Sauce Trio of Béarnaise, Miso Umami, and Truffle Merlot Demiglace Sauces, which all paired nicely with our steaks. For our sides, we shared the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese and the Truffle Steak Fries. Both of these were delicious. It was my first time trying the Lobster Macaroni & Cheese here and as a fan of this dish, Perry's did an excellent job.Lastly, for dessert we chose the Seasonal Cheesecake and the Crème Brulée. The Seasonal Cheesecake for fall this season is pumpkin with a gingersnap crust. I had come in hearing lots of great things about it and it exceeded my expectations! This was the best slice of cheesecake I have ever had! I also loved the Crème Brulée and the accompaniment of fruits.Perry's was an amazing place to celebrate my birthday and I could not be more grateful for the night. The service was also excellent and our waiter even brought over a candle and birthday card for me, I appreciated the gesture so much. Thank you once again to Perry's, I cannot wait to return!

The ambience is energetic, classy, not too loud. My service was delayed but I think it's because I was eating alone and they were thinking about earning bigger tips elsewhere. The food was spot on! The pork chop was an experience in & of itself. Potato & corn brûlée were amazing!! I would definitely recommend it. Service was the only question.

I had a great Thanksgiving experience! The restaurant was accommodating with our reservation. If it's cold day, I do not recommend the patio. Check the weather ahead of time because their "heated" patio isn't heated much at all. They really need those tall heat lamps, I been in heated patios and didn't feel a breeze. But besides that the food and the service was top tier! We were seated inside, our waiter was great. The pork chop is HUGE! Honestly it could feed 3-4 ppl! Savory and tender filet Mignon cooked to perfection and the best side was the corn brûlée! Simply amazing! The Brussel sprouts lacked for me and the loaded mashed potatoes were ok.. Overall I had a great dinner!

Celiacs be warned! Yes, Perry's has a marked menu of "gluten-friendly" options, but if you have Celiac disease like me, you need to tell your waiter that you're Celiac. We went to Perry's Steakhouse for Father's Day yesterday. I ordered the symphony kabob ($65) that's supposed to come with truffle merlot demiglace and peppercorn reduction sauce. This is marked as "gluten-friendly" yet when my meal came out, I didn't receive the two sauces. The waiter told me that the chef said they're not gluten-free because they contain soy sauce. While my waiter knew his stuff & asked me if I'd like a lemon butter sauce, if you don't speak up and mention your exact autoimmune disease, you might be glutened if only looking for the "gluten-friendly" sign on the menu. "Gluten-friendly" should be for foods not made in a shared fryer, pot of boiling water and without gluten ingredients but in a shared kitchen where cross contamination cannot be 100% mitigated. It should not be used for items that contain gluten in their ingredients. This is a bad practice by @perrys_steakhouse to include something with gluten in it and have it marked with that symbol because not everyone speaks English and may just be looking for the symbol and not everyone is comfortable discussing their medical issues in front of others (especially if you're at a business dinner) and may just assume a marked item on the menu is safe. You wouldn't mark an item as "seafood free" and include fish sauce in the ingredients because you're catering to people who don't like fish rather than people who have to avoid it for medical reasons, so in the same vein, marked gluten-friendly/free products shouldn't contain gluten ingredients in them either. I love going to Perry's, our meal was fantastic and I wasn't glutened thanks to me disclosing my autoimmune disease prior to ordering, but this is a safety issue that should be addressed by corporate. ***In other notes, the corn brulee is an item we hadn't ordered in the past and OMG it was fantastic. That's going on the regular rotation just like the pork chop and creamed spinach.(And yes I did email corporate about this issue prior to posting this review.)

We were in Frisco, TX to visit family and my mother in law gave us a Perry's Steakhouse gift card. We were staying at the Hyatt Regency right across the street so it was an easy walk. After looking at the menus we decided we would go for the special Friday lunch. On 6/14 we went for an early dinner around 3:30. We started to panic when we saw people waiting outside and realized we may have underestimated the popularity of the Friday lunch. Luckily as a party of two, it wasn't that bad of a wait and we were seated in the bar area within 10 minutes or so.Our server was a young, lively, and friendly gal who immediately asked if we were here for the lunch special pork chops. We were not actually interested in it, but realized now why it was so popular. Looking around the bar area, nearly 85% of the people had the pork chop!Instead, we decided to order a half dozen of the Blue Point oysters, the Bacon Slab Burger, and the Seared Scallop Pasta. While we waited, we sipped on a Diet Coke and iced tea and ice water. The bread came out and it was so incredibly warm and soft. Definitely a plus for us! We watched some golf on the scattered TV screens throughout the bar and just enjoyed watching people stream in and out.The Blue Point Oysters came out and were a nice medium size. The definitely packed the bowl with so much ice and we couldn't help but think it took longer to pack the bowl than it did for us to eat the 6 oysters. But if you know, you know that oysters don't last that long. Our meal came out and we were very happy with the presentation and size. The Bacon Slab burger had slices of thick bacon, nearly 5mm thick, a nicely thick patty covered with bacon marmalade, and a beautifully browned bun. The fries were also nicely crisped and salted. The pasta came out almost like in lasagna pieces, wide noodles covered with peas, cauliflower, pan-seared scallops and a Alfredo and Marzano sauce. It was a nice blend of the two sauces without it being too rich. It gave me the vibes of an open faced ravioli due to the width of the noodles, but I was really happy with the blend of flavors and textures. Even though I had to pack up some of the pasta, we couldn't leave without trying the Rocky Road Bread Pudding.Since we got it to go, I'm not entirely sure of the best way they served it in house, but it was a thick rectangle of bread pudding covered in chocolate chips and a giant homemade marshmallow, nearly 2-3 inches tall. It came with a side of caramel sauce and candied walnuts. The best was when I microwaved it for just a little bit and allowed the marshmallow to expand and melt over the top. We actually headed back home the next day and I had to bring my leftover pasta and bread pudding home with me and it was still amazing the following day! That says a lot about how good it was!

The aged Koji beef was superb. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. It is worth the $$$ price tag. Husband ordered it with a side peppercorn reduction sauce, which was good but I actually wouldn't add anything on the steak anymore. It was already very good by itself.I ordered their famous pork chop. While it was indeed juicy, I did not particularly like it. I would have preferred if it was just seasoned with salt & pepper and grilled. This one is barbecue sauce. I don't like sweet meat.We ordered a bottle of connondrum, perfect pairing for our meats. Also ordered the lobster bisque, and the artichoke potato and leek soup. The lobster busque was good, the artichoke was too salty. I did not finish it. Creme brulee for dessert is always good. You can't go wrong with it.The service was excellent. Ambiance was good.

Whatever you changed, fix it. I come in every other week to enjoy a meal at the bar. Not only did I not enjoy my recent visit, it left such a foul taste in my mouth, I will not return. And the food was fine. You need to seriously assess your management team. I will never give my business to an establishment that employs "leaders" who do not embody hospitality, especially at this level. I heard the managers speaking like petty, gossiping school children. I was told one was the general manager, must be a new girl. Hope someone can train her properly. You can find me, my family, my friends and any of my work colleagues at Eddie V's, Fleming's or anywhere that understands what business you are in....hospitality.
