Pecan Hollow Golf Course

I've come to the driving range here and my husband raves about the golf course. The staff is kind and I appreciate the large deck outside of the pro shop when looking to grab a quick bite and snack. Looking forward to the fall season when I can really attempt a round!

I've only been to the range and I appreciate that it's full grass all year round. I hate mats. Hitting on grass feels more like the course. You can get 36 balls for $6 . 66 balls for $11. Pretty affordable

This is by far one of my favorite courses to play in DFW! $46 per player includes cart during a weekday isn't bad. Try to book well in advance as early tee times go fast. All tee times usually get gobbled up quick. Course has been well maintained given the extreme heat this summer. Decent fairways and greens. Tee boxes can be better. Course layout is challenging and fun.Pace of play can be slow at times so just be patient

Terrible experience. There was a one hour frost delay on a morning it never got below 45. Then the pro insisted on charging me for a cart even though I was walking. He justified it by saying people need to play fast to make up for the delay. So I was charged $60 to walk a municipal. Then it was a 5 hr round and we were waiting 11-13 minutes per shot. The funniest part is when we made the turn, they had run out of carts. Maybe they should have factored that in before forcing carts on ever player. Yes, I am aware of the cart before noon policy. However, we did not tee off until almost 12:40 due to the frost delay.

One of the best muni's in the area. Course is in great shape. Green for the middle Texas summer is always impressive. Fun course. Really nice practice area. Price is a touch high but I like the courseCarts have gps which is nice.

Played today and it took exactly 5 hours to play. Not once did we see a course Marshall. Ridiculous.

Pro shop is very helpful and friendly early mornings. Greens are in great shape. Grass is a little high due to the recent storms. 0verall one of the best public courses in North Texas.

Grew up playing on this course in the 80s when it was the Plano Municipal Golf Course. Good public course but expect lots of hacks out there to SLOWWW you down. Litterally saw a dad with his 12-14 year old son letting him tee off 2-3 balls, hacking up the course like crazy and just not having the consideration to speed up his play. Course is nice and challenging just too many first timers out there making the pace almost intolerable.

Decent course but the range/putting greens/chipping green/short course close at 6pm even though the facility closes at 9pm. Whoever's in charge of the cart shed will shut off all the lights at 6pm and leave cuz he doesn't want to be there.

Staff is unhelpful. Seems like laziness to me. We have a large group, looking to book a little ahead of time so we can get everyone here. No option for that. They just rely on online booking so they don't have to work.
