Customer service ok fried rice was the best on this side if Texas service through the fire was scratchy but it was worth the wait

Awful! Worst food... funky undercooked. was treated so rude and unprofessional. Threw all away. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Someone shared this on Nextdoor app. They found maggots on their food. We order from them at least once a month, but will stop coming here after seeing this.

Hunan chicken was not as good as when I have ordered it at other places. Slivers of chicken. Not sautéed well. I don't think I have had it with mushrooms before. Not really spicy. Just looks like they threw a lot of stuff in the styrofoam container and tossed some peppers in as an afterthought

I always order delivery (if you be mindful as the wait takes long or plan ahead of when you may want your takeout) but the food never fails. So yummy and comforting. One of the few places in the area I like to order from

The lady who works here was yelling as she was taking my order and hung up in my face and said I do not communicate good.I was trying to have an understanding so I could spend my hard earned money with her business. the sad part is truly that this is the way they treat their "Customers" terrible Service! I will not be ordering from here ever.

Normally the food is very good and delicious. I have ordered many times using Uber Eats with no issues. Yesterday I placed an order with Uber Eats for a combo lo mien, lg won ton soup & a combo fried rice. I also upgraded to priority. Long story short the driver shows up but has two other peoples orders and not mine. I call Pearls and ask about my order. The lady starts yelling at me saying the order is on the way, I tell her that the driver is here with two other peoples orders. She says it is not the restaurants fault and it is Ubers fault. Then she calls me stupid and hangs up. I will never order anything from them again.

Blahhh, I so wish I had anything positive to say. Haven't ordered Chinese food since King China. Everything was cold, chewy, and straight up and inedible. we trashed it all.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. Ordering shrimp with lobster sauce. Lobster sauce is a white based sauce. Today, i got shrimp in egg drop soup‍

1- Food is delish 2- no napkins or plastic ware when PLATIC WARE WAS CLEARLY NECESSARY! (we're in a hotel so I can't whip out silverware)3- I waited in eye sight of the girl behind the counter for about 2-3 min before I rang the bell. she waited another few minutes and as I was just about to lose my cool she stood up. good food cáreles customer service
