Amazing food. Mostly takeout but it was lovely to eat at a table. Staff was very friendly. I am looking forward to going again. Not related to restaurant. Be careful the parking lot is quite uneven and I almost tripped a couple of times.

Palm Indian restaurant cuisines are mainly coconut based curry. A self serve restaurant. However, they were very helpful and patient with us. Very cafeteria type of operations and large volume of takeout orders. We enjoyed our meals. Ambiance is very basic. The price is very reasonable.

I was sad to see that Kerala Kitchen had closed (maybe-not sure what happened) but very happy when I heard that Palm India also servedKerala food. Hooray!Reasonable prices and good portions (for most items) the Moru curry was delicious- but a bit too much ginger- The samosa was not what I expected- thin, tiny and not very tasty- the beef was salty. The chicken curry was spicy- I will ask for a medium spice level next time. I want to try the kerala meal next time.

I frequently take out food from this place and recently had a bad experience. I bought the Sardine Curry and the Mackerel Curry. In both dishes - the fish was probably not cleaned properly before cooking, because I could smell the insides of the fish.Hope the owner takes note of this and instructs his kitchen to make improvements.

This owner is extremely Rude guy and has no idea how to speak to his customers. His attitude and presentation were very arrogant. Customer deserves to be treated with kindness. The principle of humility, patience and kindness and service- oriented attitude towards his customer. humility can lead to greater blessings and fulfillment, both for owner and the customers.

Went here with my cousin, and the door was really good! We got butter chicken and the sauce was quite delicious. The workers were kind, and it very much gives a traditional environment where the restaurant puts all their efforts into the tastiness of the food!

BEST. KERALA. FOOD. IVE. EVER. HAD. We made a pickup order over the phone and paid when we picked up. The service was exceptional! We tried the south india Thali which included Kerala rice, Avial, cabbage thoran, beef fry, fish curry, Chamanthi and moru (yogurt). It also came with a dessert for which I don't know the name but was delicious!! I also got to try the kappa (tapioca) and it was just like my parents! I would 100% recommend and hope they never close down!

So one of my favorite and frustrating restaurants is Sigiri in NYC, hole in the wall place with amazing Lankan food , but the service is poor , wait times are atrocious and they only take cash .Palm India is the same , consistently great food but you have to stand in a painful line for take out or dine in. They have pre packed stuff leading up to the billing counter that delays everything because there is always that aunty who keeps asking the difference between unniappam and sugiyan and that chap in glasses patiently explaining to her the difference while I watch my life slip away..JUST HAVE A DIFF BILLING COUNTER for take away..After a very painful wait with my daughter who wanted to use the restroom and kept loosing our place in the line I realized it's not worth it .Martins in Tampa is the gold standard of Kerala food in US which does twice the amount of business with a spot the third the size of these guys and you don't feel the latent aggression building up in you as you watch them poorly mismanaging their customers..Again if you are ready for wait for 90 mins for a good biriyani this is your spot or 45 mins if it's take out..But it is the best spot so far in Dallas for Kerala food better than Bayleaf or that Sabu place

We're East African of Indian ancestry! Best South Indian food we've had. The dishes are authentic and made with fresh ingredients. We absolutely love the beef roast, chicken Persian, fried anchovies, Thoran, banana roast and banana fritters. The service is outstanding!! The owners are always on site and always make sure to check in with diners to ensure satisfaction!

Pathetic service, poor ambience. They took my order and told 15 mnt wait time. After 20 mnts when I checked with them they completely forgot about my order. It is not like the shop was full only two other table were occupied. I waited for 45 mnts , because kids were already hungry. Still they said 2 more mnts. We also noticed that they have not cleaned our nearby table for 15 mnts.At that point we left the place.
