Palio's Pizza - Downtown Dallas

I wish I would've come to Yelp before ordering on Grubhub. First and last time. The cheese calzone would be better labeled as a mozzarella quesadilla. There was no ricotta, which is traditional of a calzone. The bread was flavorless. The one positive is that garlic butter, though salty, was a nice touch. The cheese pizza tastes like cardboard. Definitely not recommended.

Worst calzone I have ever had. Literally a piece of pizza folded in half. Barely any cheese. Disgusting and a waste of time and money.

Ordered two pizzas from this place and they were both wrong toppings. I called the restaurant to see what to do about it and was dismissed. He said he would check into it and hung up. So he did nothing and I paid for two pizzas that I didn't order. I tried the pizza and they didn't even taste good at all. What a waste money. Stick with one of the more well known, reliable pizza places.

Well, Well lol I see the business owner has Reviews taken down since everyone else had a bad encounter with them also. The owner lied and claimed he would have my Food Taken care of & refunded. So I decided to rewrite this review again to let you know about the Horrible experience I had with this particular business. I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches & Tots. The sandwich looked so good and this was a Classic MTV Catfish Episode. I had been dating that chicken sandwich for 2 hours before she arrived. Only to find out she mustve used a filter because she was Down Right Ugly lmao... I specifically asked that they make order fresh. When my food arrived I saw they'd sent 2 subs with Oven Baked fries instead. I assumed they sent the wrong food. I called and a man who seemed confused as to why I would be calling answered. He said he would call me back but didn't. I called again and he claimed that he told the restaurant to contact me since it wasn't a direct line even thought the number is online and on their flyer. He then said they sent me the subs instead since they had run outta chicken. I explained how disappointed I was and how nasty the Sandwiches were they sent me and that I don't even eat stuff with vinegarettes on it which is what they took it upon themselves to send me. He told me he would call back and be taking care of the order and I never heard from him again... I suggest you all never do business with these people. Very unorganized

This is not a dine-in restaurant! The description tells us that it's a cafe but when we reach the destination we can't find the outlet and also it doesn't have a name board to direct us to it.

Missing items, and a bad attitude. My order was sent incomplete. Uber delivered and they justLaughed at me when I contacted them. I went to the restaurant and was yelled at and Insulted by the employee. He then offered to call the police on me. Who does that? I just wanted my correct order. I recommend you don't waste your time or money here
