Pacheco Taco N Burger

Absolutely AMAZING!Went here for the first time with my family. My wife, I and kids loved it. Their 2x burger was just amazing. With some fries and it was perfected. Good pricing and gets you stuffed up full. Get yourself a coke bottle at the bar and enjoy! Amazing food service. Great staff. She even found my phone when I lost it.

ALERT: This place is located inside of the brewery, towards the back.Besides that, the food is great! The customer service is also great.

YES YES YES YES YESWOW what a good burger. Buns were so exceptionally toasted, cheese perfectly melted, and the patties were soooo crispy yet moist it was SO GOOD. Sauce DEFINTELY has crack cocaine, I was fiending for MORE but my wallet said no :( Absolutely delicious must try cinema

After ending my ride for the night with the hangover crew, I decided to give this place a try. I went ahead and ordered me the two tacos, one fajita and the other one of Pastor. The tacos $6 are okay.. a bit too small a bit too in my opinion. I also ordered the Barbacoa Grilled Cheese .$10 now for that price I would have thought it would have been a bit bigger they use a burger bun instead of an actual Texas Toast bread. Not cool but I guess it is what it is. I definitely enjoy what I ordered. They are located inside a brewery so the ambiance is pretty chill. The girl at the register was polite. I'll definitely have to try something else on the menu next time I'm in that area.

So after seeing this all over Tiktok, finally got the opportunity to try it!! I came on a Wednesday right around opening time so thankfully, it wasn't packed and the crazy long line hadn't started yet!! The customer service was great!! The girl working the counter was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately - that day, they weren't serving the burger I wanted to try (Kelly House Burger), so after some deliberation, I decided to go with a half order of carne asada fries, the barbacoa taco, and original smash burger. The carne asada fries were solid!! The fries were crispy, and the sauces on top were tasty, but I felt like overall it was missing something.The burger was great!! They use Martin Potato Rolls for the buns, (which are the best buns on the planet), so that was obviously a bonus!! The burger itself was super well-seasoned and juicy!! My main complaint here was that I wish they used thicker and or crunchy pickles (personal preference), I feel like it would've brought some dimension to the burger. With the smash patties, cheese, sauce, caramelized onions, and pickles, everything kind of all melted together, which isn't bad, but I would've really appreciated some more texture, which could've come in the form of crunchy pickles. The barbacoa taco was INCREDIBLE!! The meat was SO tender, the pickled onions gave it the perfect amount of tang and the salsa?? Phenomenal!! This was by far my favorite item of the day!! All in all - this place was solid!! I definitely look forward to coming back, getting another Barbacoa taco, and finally trying the Kelly House Burger!

Smash burger win! Yummy! Tucked inside a gas station is this delicious local taco & burger place. You order at the window & are greeted by a very kind young lady. They all sounded like a team working together to get your order ready. There's not much space to eat inside but you can take it to go. They have to go packaging that's easy to eat out of. The smash burger was really thin, covered in cheese & their special sauce. Really well grilled onions almost embedded in the patty which made the smash burger delicious! I really enjoyed that the carne asada fries were crispy!! Swing by & order! They said 20 minutes but it came out much faster.

These smash burgers are fire! Daynes used to be my go to for a smash burger but they have moved soo far out the DFW area, they are hard to get to. This place is inside a brewery! - what more could you want and they do Loteria on Thursdays which is a blast. So glad this place found its home at Four Corners. Great food!

This spot is a true testament of not judging a book by its cover. Pacheco Taco N Burger was so impressive that they've definitely made me a repeat customer.I recently moved to the area & one of the first things on my agenda was finding a good smash burger spot. I saw Pacheco on Instagram & had to try it. It's small on the outside, kind of a hole-in-the-wall, which I like. The service was excellent. It was pretty crowded inside but the wait was short. Props to the cooks for working so hard & the cashier Jenny for being so nice.Now for the food. I'll keep it short. I've found the perfect smash burger. Everything about it was great, but the carne asada fries are so amazing that they might've been the star of the show. Also the strawberry lemonade tasted super fresh & delicious. This spot is a must try.

If happiness had a flavor, it would taste just like Pacheco's Burgers & Tacos! Every bite was a chef's kiss--juicy, flavorful, and made with love. The burgers? Perfection. The tacos? Life-changing. Seriously, if you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for? My taste buds are still doing a happy dance! 10/10, highly recommend!

One of the best burger spots in Dallas. Their fries are the so good and the price is not too high! Kind of hard to find but it's inside the bar.
