**Lots of real reviews, lots of fake reviews**I am shocked to see some of the reviews on here..Find out for yourself! It's Worth the try. I've had that place about a dozen times and it has not disappointed.I've only had the pies and sandwiches so far, and they are absolutely tasty.My favorite is the chicken shawarma (oh so juicy) and the Akawi pie (oh so cheesy).The staff is very friendly, and has been trying to hang on with this pandemic.I am sure that once the pandemic is over, they'll have even more tasty options on their menu!

Food is amazing. Really enjoyed the meal. The wait staff was sparse but nothing special nor too friendly, so service could be improved. The ambiance has a lot of potential.

I wish I can give negative zero stars if I could. The service was beyond horrible. I came here with my family and we ordered very simple items off their menu and waited almost TWO HOURS for them to only come out with a very small portion of our order. Customers came in and out and were served while we still waited. We finally gave up and asked for a refund on the food that we never got. No apologies were given. No excuses were made. They did not care at all. If you want to wait an eternity for your meal, this is not the place for you.This is really a very bad place.This is how the owner respondedVery rude not respectful.

Literally burn my Money at this place!!!!!The food was disgusting , not cooked well and cold . I asked them to please bring me the fresh food but to no avail!!!! I urged and request not to come to this horrible joint if you love your hard earned money .The service is mediocre as well so they are an overall low grade establishment and the only positive thing going for them is that they are located at William square .

Food was good but it took 45min to get my small takeout order. Ordered online, showed up and waited over an additional 20min.. When I arrived I was told it was "almost" ready, but it seemed like they just started working on it. 4 people in the back not really doing anything and no sense of urgency. Ordered a Ouizi, Tabboulie and Kunafeh. Never had a Ouizi before and enjoyed it. Kunafeh was also good and a new favorite dessert of mine. I'd order from here again if I knew it would be ready on time. They also didn't provide utensils which I didn't discover until I got to my hotel... A bit of an inconvenience.

Dwe went for iftar and the food was old, taste bad and rancid smell everywhere, bathroom dirty.Shame on them

I pass by this restaurant everyday on my run so I was really excited to see it finally open. There aren't really any other Mediterranean restaurants within walking distance so I've been looking forward to Ouzi opening. The food was really good, I had the lamb shawarma plate and my fiancée had the lamb steak kebabs. Both meats were very tasty. The standout item for me was the rice that came with the shawarma, it was very well seasoned and probably some of the best rice I have had in a while. I personally tend to judge a Mediterranean restaurant based off of their dolmas and theirs definitely passed the test.

Such a great place to eat! It has gorgeous interior design, friendly workers, a great family vibe and some of the best Mediterranean food I've ever had. It stands out from other restaurants due to its menu which is full of authentic Syrian dishes (that usually take hours to prepare) that you won't find anywhere else. A must have! One of my favorite restaurants in DFW!

Overpriced and not worth it at all!! Very unorganized, it took almost an hour to make my tawuk platter which should renamed to "rise platter" 4 tiny peaces of chicken and trust me when i say "tiny" on top of a pound of rise. Food does not taste good at all, no flavor whatsoever. I do not recommend at all! I also uploaded a photo of their unprofessional reply on my google review. Customer service way belowAverage! Zero zero zero!!

We walked in and immediately fell in love with the place, but fell into issues with management and the staff.1. We placed our order and paid yet the transaction never was processed. 2. Later they said the orders never went thru, yet they collected money?3. No communication at all from management or the staff.4. They were all smiles in the beginning, but once we told them to fix our meals they were struggling and getting frustrated. 5. They kept blaming the fact that they just opened up. Thats not our issue. If you're not ready, don't open. Train your staff better. Learning to communicate is of the essence.6. Food finally came. Missing items. 8 kebabs but we got 2 kebabs on a platter. Potatoes were cold and raw.7. When we brought this up to them, again they said nothing except, we are trying our best.A waste of time and money. They didn't offer any resolution. They blamed us for their lack of preparation. They shifted all the blame to the customers which just isn't right. Not to mention, the food sucked. Bland, cold and raw. Want a stomach ache? Go here. Best of luck. Hopefully you stop lying in your Google responses to other customers(ppl who work there) saying that you refunded us. You never offered any resolution.
