Love the aesthetic and vibe. Otto's is inside of the Adolphus Hotel and looks beautiful and well kept. It has plenty of seating and is self-service. I had a latte and sugar-free vanilla, it was delicious and served relatively quickly. Would definitely return.

otto's aesthetic is immaculate however the coffee and service were both not great. i go to artisanal coffee shops all the time and i understand coffee/cafe culture.. 1- ordered : sugar cookie latte w/ oat milk and brown sugar matcha the barista called out a sugar-free latte... and i double checked what she said and asked if it could be re-made ... because when someone orders a sugar cookie latte... they want the sugar i set the sugar free coffee on the counter for them to take back. they some how remade the coffee and then mixed the sugar-free and sugar cookie lattes up... the biggest question on my mind is why can't i tell the difference sooo the latte itself tasted like the new stock exchange.. like it was strong and bitter. i am not that kind of coffee drinker. i am more of a girly pop coffee drinker-- so i got up an asked if there were any drinks that were a bit sweeter.. the barista asked what drink i had; and i told him the sugar cookie latte... he poured me more syrup to go into a cup... being a good sport i poured it in the coffee. it actually made it worse. i just threw my coffee away... because what was the point. i also ordered an egg and cheddar sandwich that was decent... this place is supposed to be a excellent, and i am sadly disappointed. if you go, i hope your experience is much better than mines. bon appétit

Why 4 stars? Because my breakfast sandwich and coffee hit the spot I needed. --- --- ---I was staying nearby and on my way back home to Houston, but priority #1 was coffee. I'm boring and just got some black drip coffee, which tasted like 95% of all drip coffee on planet Earth. I wouldn't have reviewed the place based on that, but I couldn't help myself but order one of their very tasty breakfast sandwiches that was just staring back at me from the display case.Bacon, egg and cheddar in between a couple of croissant buns. It was basically a high-end egg mcmuffin, and it was awesome. There were a couple cold bites in the middle, which was sub-optimal, but forgivable considering how ideal this thing was.I parked on the street behind it using ParkMobile and on a Saturday morning, the people on the streets were me and about 15 homeless folks, but everyone minded their own business and a delightful experience was had.

Maybe it was just bad luck, but both of our drinks were abysmal. We got a hot matcha latte and a salted latte (I think seasonal?). I love the ambiance inside the Adolphus hotel and the vibe of Otto's...but we were pretty disappointed in these drinks, so we probably won't ever go back for a latte here. Conclusion: Service, ambiance, and cleanliness is great. Haven't tried the rest of the menu but the lattes weren't great. Tiktok brought us here but our tastebuds say no thanks this time.

Tehe- UPDATE to shoutout my newest favorite drink! The shop as always is gorgeous and screams old money aesthetic. They did have a face lift recently though by adding a TV screen menu that advertises their extensive menu. They've also added alcoholic drinks to their menu and I'm super excited to try their espresso martini in the near future. A staff member recommended me their banana matcha a couple months ago and I've been obsessed since! Each time the drink is sweet and slightly fruity from the banana syrup.

I love the hotel that this cafe resides in! It is gorgeous and full of old southern charm. BUT, the menu is tiny. Not many specialty drinks or pastries to pick from. I tried the sugar cookie latte and it had no flavor. The experience far outweighed the actual products. The people working there were nice and chatty. They did warm up my oatmeal for me, but again, it had no flavor lol I'd recommend getting better items to stock your shelves.

This is a cute coffee shop that's connected to the Adolphus hotel. You can find many breakfast items, snack items, pastries, coffees, Matcha the service is very friendly. You can take your coffee and go sit in the lobby which is what we did it was magnificent. They do have a little sitting area right next to the window with Wi-Fi dog friendly people, friendly coffee friendly.

Totally meant to go to the weekend..but accidentally walked in here. It was a treat. Located in a hotel lobby. Ordered a gluten free chocolate muffin that was moist and delicious. I also got an iced dirty chai that was amazing.

I stumbled upon Otto's Coffee and Fine Foods while exploring the local area in Dallas, and I'm so glad we did. Located adjacent to the Adolphus hotel, the coffee shop may experience some hotel traffic, but don't let that deter you.I ordered a vanilla pistachio latte, and it was excellent. The flavor combination was unique and well-balanced, making for a delicious drink. Otto's Coffee sources their coffee beans from Full City Rooster, known for having some of the best coffees in Dallas, and it definitely showed in the quality of my latte. The ambiance inside the coffee shop was upscale and cozy, giving off vibes of a super upscale study. I found it to be a perfect place to relax and enjoy my coffee. If I find myself in Dallas again, I will definitely make a point to stop by Otto's Coffee and Fine Foods. It's a great spot for coffee lovers looking for a high-quality cup of coffee in a sophisticated setting.

This is some of the best coffee I have had in a while. Hands down! There's a strong coffee flavor that's not overpowered by the syrups or flavors of your choosing. I ordered a hazelnut iced latte and as I could taste the hazelnut I still got that coffee flavor that I love. I am usually iffy with ordering flavors as most drinks come too sweet, but Otto's has it down to a T! The vibe was immaculate. Coffee shops are usually a little chaotic but this one still had a calming vibe even in the midst of rush hour. We got in line around 8ish AM and the line was OUT the door long! We didn't mind waiting and I'm glad we had the patience because I couldn't even imagine missing out on how good this place was. I can't wait to be back!
