This little hidden gem in Bedford is amazing!!! It is a small intimate theatre that packs a real punch. The sounds is great, the seats are comfortable, parking is easy and concessions (snacks, sodas, waters) is very reasonably priced. We saw Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolfe? And the actors did an amazing job and the set looked amazing and well thought out. There is no bad seat in the house from what I can see and from what I can see they have some great plays coming Onstage! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to catch a good show at one of the best venues in the DFW area!!!

The map/address are deceptive--the theater is actually off of Forest Ridge Drive, rather than Central, but I digress...Onstage has come a long way, baby. No longer content to settle for "typical community theatre" offerings, this not-for-profit theatre has been doing some exciting and unusual projects ("La Cage aux Folles" and "Sweeney Todd" in the same season), and doing them WELL. Consequently, they're now drawing a larger and more talented pool of actors, directors, and designers to their ranks, as well as fans from all over Dallas/Fort Worth and beyond. There are ample opportunities to volunteer and be involved in the process. However, if you're content to view the finished product, their show seasons always offer a variety of musicals and straight plays, comedy and drama, edginess and family-friendly fare. No, they're not perfect, but they are certainly doing some promising things. If they keep growing and doing what they're doing, Onstage in Bedford is set to become a serious player on the DFW theatre scene.

Awesome theater! It's tiny, but the play I saw here was well produced, seasonal, and entertaining. The staff was friendly too. Really glad I found this little place!

Funny enjoyable play. Only a four member crew plus 2 or 3 stage hands, but what a great job they did. Only part I missed out on was being able to understand what was being said when accent was changed to British. Others thought same thing. Only a very few lull moments, but overall quite entertaining. At 27$ for 2 was great night out. Really suggest you go see this play think you will enjoy. Was also interesting seeing 2 young women doing the play in sign language.

Love, love, love this theatre. This is a small and intimate theater. I have seen numerous shows here over the years and am always pleased. The latest I saw this past weekend was Almost, Maine. Such wonderful casting. It was heartfelt and hilarious. Can't wait for the next show.

Great theatre and great volunteers. We watched Kitchen Witches. The theatre has good seating everywhere. Good concessions too. When we arrived for will call help was instantaneous. Bring a sweater as it was very cold in the lobby and moderately cold in the theater.

Wow. We saw the production of Your a good man Charlie Brown" tonight and it was great! It is not just for kids.

The Bedford Theatre, and their present selection was great! The ambiance of all play associates make each attendee feel welcome and though it may not offer some of the amenities of larger playhouses, the performances are capitol! We had seen one of their previous performances and this "not for profit" group of actors did not disappoint. My daughter, a dear friend (herself a former professional theater performer), and I loved "The Kitchen Witches", playing through June 5. It was filled with skill, fun, laughter, & would delight anyone who would enjoy escaping to a totally, relaxed place. The cast was STELLAR! The actors were charming, making each part their own. If you want to enjoy pure unmitigated delight, loosen your laughter control, and please make a point of checking out ON STAGE IN BEDFORD. Kudos to all who participated!! So looking forward to future offerings!!!!
