I love this hotel! This was my second time here, but my first time staying overnight. The first time I visited was in June 2023 with a friend who is a member of the PGA club, and we spent the day getting tipsy at the rooftop pool. The margaritas were amazing btw.. This time, however (December 2024), I came for a Christmas party on the property and stayed one night in the One-Bedroom Fairway View Suite. For the price, I got much more than I expected. The views were beautiful, the staff was attentive, and the room was spotless. The shower alone was bigger than some entire hotel bathrooms I've seen!During this visit, I also stopped by one of the Ranch House rentals. Those are very nice as well, though they feel quite large if you don't have more than two people staying with you. However, if you like the idea of having a private home with your own concierge, that's definitely your best bet.I didn't order room service, so I can't comment on that. But if you're looking for a place to stay and don't want to leave the area, this is perfect. I mean, it's a resort--you could easily spend an entire weekend here unwinding, relaxing, and having fun.

Another AMAZING experience at the Omni PGA Frisco. This trip was for a Girls Weekend and it didn't disappoint (well, we did have one hiccup I'll explain later). *HEAD's UP, the menus for onsite and off site venues change ALL THE TIME so unless the hotel itself give you a menu all the online menus are likely wrong our outdated.--CONCEIRGE--From the week prior to our arrival when I received an email, text AND phone call from the concierge asking if she could make us any reservations, answer any questions or help in anyway.--CHECK IN--We arrived well before check-in (9am) and were able to check-in, and while our room was not yet ready we were able register our cars with the front desk, get a list of events for our stay and leave everything with the bell desk while we headed to the pool. Later on in the day when our room was ready I received a text and our keys were available at a special location so need to wait in line again.--LEISURE POOL--We chose to spend the day at one of two Leisure Pools and it was glorious! The poolside bar and drinks began at 11am and we spent the day lounging around the pool. The music was horrible, but it gave us something to talk about I guess. We also would've appreciated better pool-side service. The staff hung around the bar and many times we had to get up & go get them to order our drinks or food. The food we ordered was from The Apron and my Quinoa Bowl was incredible! The drinks were made well, not strong, but good nonetheless. When we wrapped up around 6pm the manager let us know that on Saturdays the Leisure Pools are typically full of kids so they're noisy and lots of splashing going on, thanks for the head's up!--ADULT POOL--Saturday we popped up the the Adult Only Pool early (9am) to grab chairs. There are a limited number of lounge chairs and it ended up filling up before lunch. The wind picks up on the roof, but it felt good! The bar and food service also started at 11am. The menu is more limited than the Leisure Pool as the Apron menu is not offered, but my salmon tacos were AMAZING! The drinks were a little stronger than at the Leisure Pool, but not a huge difference. The service was better with staff coming around more frequently. The music couldn't been louder and would've been better than the various drunk conversations we kept overhearing.--ROOM: 1 BEDROOM KING SUITE--Three of us split a 1 bedroom King Suite and it was perfect! The bedroom with king bed was large and included a desk with closet. The living room containing the pull out couch bed appeared to be a queen. Both rooms had a large television and the balcony stretched both rooms with sliding door access from both rooms. The bathroom was huge!**Tip: If you're sharing with friends and hoping for privacy, the all glass shower and toilet door do not provide privacy - so one person in the bathroom at a time. --AMENETIES--Friday as we came in from the pool we were greeted by smiling faces handing out complimentary wine for happy hour. What a treat! Later that evening we wandered down to the lobby to get our complimentary s'mores kits. Each kit came with plenty of chocolate and marshmallows - we had a blast roasting mallows by the fire pits and sipping our wine. There was live music near the bar when we came in and it sounded so nice I'd have liked to grab a cocktail from the bar and curled up by the fire to listen.Saturday morning I started my day with my complimentary coffee from Toast & Tea and that afternoon we took a break from the pool to stop by the lobby to partake in the tequila and guacamole pairing going on -all complimentary too! Both were delicious! And the portions were more than a "tasting", again what a treat! Saturday evening offered more amazing live music.*the only issue we ran into on this trip were the menus for Ryder House. The QR code we were given at resort for their menu was incorrect and apparently had been changed months before. A minor glitch, but otherwise another amazing trip.I truly cannot wait to go back! Maybe next time we'll go as a family.

This place is starting to grow on me more and more. I can see MUCH better communication between staff and have really enjoyed myself the last 3 times we've stayed here. This is our little staycation top pick now. AND they finally switched to a better Bloody Mary mixture! So glad that it's not the one I had last time. But yes, LOVING our stay again. Working on ranking up our status. We shall return! One quick note: I suggest training your staff on alcoholic beverages a little better. I can't tell you how many times I asked for a lime with my Dos XX and still didn't get it. Dos XX comes with lime, Blue Moon comes with an orange, etc...The people who stay here kind of expect at least that.

We had a girls day and purchased the spa day pass and it was awesome. The facility is clean. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Free cold water to drink. Lots of amenities in the spa like shoes, brushes, shampoo and etc. The sauna was amazing! Free valet if you have a day spa pass and the food was delicious and reasonably priced in the cafe. I can't wait to go back.

The New Year's Eve celebration here was pathetic. Why did the lobby smell like sewage? There was no midnight announcement or countdown. No drone Show. hard to get drinks. Not all the fires were lit, and it was cold, waiting for something to happen which never did. Pretty sad.

My experience at Omni PGA Frisco Resort began with frustration due to a significant delay in check-in. Despite a scheduled 4:00 PM arrival, my room wasn't ready and I am currently still waiting. It's been an hour since the scheduled checkin time. While the complimentary champagne was a nice touch, the priority was getting to my room promptly. This delay overshadowed the initial impressions. I hope the resort addresses their check-in process to ensure smoother arrivals for future guests.

Just to add to my wife's previous review, Kathy M, unfortunately , though as no surprise, we have had ZERO follow up to her review by the Hotel management. " who would put it right".Having spent the last 45 years, traveling round the globe , staying in hundreds of 5 star hotels , I would rate this at the bottom of my list. Also being an avid golfer all my life, I was excited when my wife surprised me to spend my landmark birthday and New Year, at the new prime resort at USA PGA headquarters . What a let down ! She was promised a room with a fairway view , ( never happened , ) unless the car park is part of the 1st fairway? Also our luggage took at least 30 mins to arrive ( after we had to call for it to be able to change ).The surprise drinks arrived over 2 hours later !!!No glasses of plates in the room., and the counter top was stained and damaged . The only highlight was Dinner at Trick Rider. Though we did not get a booth as requested . There was no New year celebration , Fireworks etc, just music being played in the lobby bar.Overall a totally underwhelming experience , in comparison to other 5 star hotels I stayed at in Europe, and Asia , at a fraction of the cost this room was for one night . No response from Hotel guest service, hotel management , which to me is unbelievable, having spent most of my career in retail Where customer satisfaction was paramount . " the customer is king " Well just to let you know , From our experience , this is not the case at the case at the Omni PGA resort .

Exceptional customer service! Every employee was so friendly, helpful and genuinely nice. I came down with a cold while there and called the front desk to ask if they sold cold meds somewhere nearby. Next thing I know someone called the room offering me chicken noodle soup or a Gatorade. Super thoughtful and a simple but nice gesture! Property was well kept and beautiful! Food and drinks were delicious! If I could give them 100 stars I would
