Ollio Patisserie & Cafe

Pretty solid new patisserie in Frisco. They do have other locations but happy they have a standalone store in Frisco now. We got the pistachio, almond, and mixed berry Danish. Overall flavors were pretty good and tasted fresh. I do appreciate that they have a wide variety of sweet and savory pastries. The croissants were more on the bready end and not as flaky, buttery, and layered as I like. But still pretty solid with the flavors. Great option in an area that doesn't have a lot of patisseries.

Been open only one week. The workers were nice & I ordered an iced matcha latte. The good thing is that it's unsweetened so you can tailor it your own preference. There is also a punch card for drinks as well. Colorful macaron selection too.The disappointing factor is that they don't make that many breakfast berry croissants for the weekend. I came 10AM Sunday & they were already sold out.

Walking in, very bright & beautiful. Lovely Texas sized pasties along with various amounts of colorful macarons! I decided to grab an iced strawberry matcha with almond milk. I wish to know more of the matcha overtime. Very sweet and refreshing with the strawberries! Please try this place out if you or your loved ones love these kinds of pasties! Not to mention a lovely staff- 3 drinks with 1 barista took around 5 min! Very nice!

I got a croissant and a danish. They were pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if I'm in area I'd stop by. The staff was friendly and place looks very chill. It's a bit pricey but was worth it. I'd comeback again.

We have been twice since they opened. The croissants are amazing. I have enjoyed the Almond one and the Chocolate. The macrons are also the best around Frisco. I highly recommend for a morning treat or afternoon pick up.

The pastries here are absolutely amazing!! I got the spinach feta croissant, sticky bun, berry almond croissant, and pumpkin chai latte. I couldn't put the spinach feta one down! The sticky bun was also delicious-- sweet, nutty and cinnamon-y perfection. And if you're not a pastry person, Ollio has a great menu with many options, including a selection of beautiful macarons In unique flavors. All the ladies behind the counter were so friendly and helpful! Additionally, the ambiance is super inviting, with the location, colorful unique designs, music, and spacious yet cozy interior.10/10, highly recommend!!

Fantastic pastries. We get almond and chocolate croissants which are very good. Macaroons are flavorful and not too sweet.
