OB has the best cues ever! I have their break, play, and jump cue for playing and they are all very well made with great weight distribution. The cues are awesome as well but the customer service is great and everyone you talk to at their company knows what they're doing and sincerely want to help you. They have warrantees on their cues and the cues live up to all the hype. Their office is more like a warehouse so you shouldn't expect a nice showroom but they are still able to show you many of their products here and I came to pick up my break cue butt and had no trouble doing so.

Bought an OB cue about 6 months ago. When received it, it had a warp in the shaft and some imperfections along the shaft. I emailed them and got a canned response that said my shaft wasn't under warranty. I emailed back stating I had received the shaft warped, and got no response. Horrible customer service and I now own a useless shaft. My neighbor asked to try it a few weeks back and after seeing how bad the warp was and how the shaft felt, he wouldn't even try it. I play a lot at the Carom room in Beloit WI and I'm sure to tell everyone to never purchase anything from OB.I've thought of just sending it back to OB so I don't have to look at anymore, but I don't want to waste any more money with them.

Well I'm updating this review because I had received back my Cue that I sent to them for repair/replace under warranty. they sent back a cue that I was told new replacement. After a couple of days I went to shoot it and guess what ? warped. I initially contacted them again frustrated.this was a 450.00 cue and I just wanted a good cue which I paid for. I sent them an email expressing my frustration. I received an email fromthe owner expressing his apologies and stated and I quote ' unfortunately this time of year this can happen. i simply asked unfortunate for who ? i have to keep paying to have this shipped back and fourth not mentioning my time. Seems to me that if you sell a defective product you should assume ALL responsibility to make it right. remember this is not a 4 yr old shaft this is new. Never heard back from him or anyone. I have quite a few cues from all different manufacturesand they have all been fine. I know things happen but it should not be "unfortunate" for the customer.Shame on OB....
