One of my favorite Sunday morning places to be. The service is like family and the food reminds me of one of my favorite places back home in Los Angeles

Surprisingly this is my first time at this cozy little spot. This place is everything you want in a local owned business. There's plenty of regulars. The staff is super friendly. And the food is probably the most economical option you'll find in the area. The food is definitely a solid middle. It's not bougie, it's can be described as a midwest cafe style of cafe food. I have no regrets saying that I will be back! Be aware this place is cash only. Parking: strip shopping center has plenty of parking.

17 years living in Dallas driving by and today was the first time I stop by for breakfast... and just can say....WOW...Service, food, ambiance is AMAZING. What a pleasant surprise. I had the migas and a pancake. SOOOO DELICIOUS and the beans are GREAT!

First time here 11/23/24, good food it's a homely feel. Seating is alittle tight but manageable.

A great go to for breakfast and lunch on Greenville. Tiki hubby went with daily lunch special meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans and cornbread. Every bite was good home cooking. I had the Huevos Rancheros so good cooked perfectly with a yummy sauce. The most amazing part our check was under $20.00.

I came here for 3 reasons.1. Yelp review average 4 stars seemed legitimate2.Yesterday I ate at a place that takes no cash. This place takes only cash as pointed out in Yelp reviews3.One Yelper says the place needs updating and the seats are bad...im inOk I guess its 4. Im in the area for other reasonsIm happy to report the place is a legit hole in the wall! Yea!So lets review class. Yesterday I ate lunch at a place that had corporate chain written all over it. They didn't take cash.Today Im eating at a mom and pop owned for 40 years that,you guessed itTakes Only Cash!!!! Love it!So let me clarify a couple of things in light of some fellow Yelper feed back I received regarding my No Cash comment yesterday. I want everyting to be convenient for me the customer period. Im spending my money so If I want to whip out the Gold card Id like to be able to. If I want to lay a crispy C note with Benjamines portrait on it, I wanna do that. Taking cash leaves no one out.Not taking cash I believe restricts our rights and leaves a lot of folks out.Ok enough of that.Oasis restaurant has fantastic food at Fantastic prices. I was shocked when the waitress told me they'd been there forty years!! I've been up and down this street for 40 years. But the Decor of the place proves it.The waitress recommended the Migas(I usually dont do mexican unless well im in a Mexican food place) But I bit and wow it was delicious.Every single employee in the place was engaging and nice..Guy is definitely recommending a big ...Go!!!PS dont forget to bring Cash Only!!!

The food was great! I look forward to coming back to try other selections from their menu. I tried the chilaquiles and requested chorizo to be added. And, it was delicious! My friend tried the chicken friend chicken. It was good but the chicken fried chicken was a little tough to cut. My SO tried the fajita chicken omelette. It was good but lacked flavor. He added a red salsa to it that was yummy! And salt, which made it better. I'm not sure if the A/C wasn't working but it was warm and felt humid in the restaurant. It has a cafe feel to it, and by that I mean small and cozy. The service was great and the staff is welcoming and personable. This place is a cash only place so don't forget to bring cash!

I love this restaurant, the food, the people, and the price. The decor changes with the seasons and holidays. It's nothing fancy but it's my favorite place for breakfast and lunch. Wish it was open later
