This place is hands-down one of the best places I've had sushi happy hour. Everything from the food to the seat to the service was over the moon!Decided to make a reservation for a small group right when they opened at 5 PM on a weekday. It was pretty empty, so the service was even elevated more so than I thought. We were seated promptly a few minutes after 5 PM. And they also had a place to wait since we were a little early. They even gave us some menus as we were waiting to be seated. We ordered a bunch of things off of the happy hour menu to try as much as we could. My favorite things were the crispy rice with spicy salmon. The rice was hot and crispy of course, and the salmon was fresh and flavored well. We ordered a bunch of the happy hour rolls, and they came out on a large circular plate with bamboo leaves and they were sorted very beautifully. I love the salmon avocado roll as well as the tuna roll. Other things that I really liked for the yellowtail sashimi. The happy hour drinks were honestly one of the best things too . Lychee martini was good, as was the margarita. Also ordered a French 75, which was made perfectly. The service was also fantastic. Waiters came about every 10 minutes to make sure we had enough water refills and they were very mindful when our drinks were low and asked us if we wanted another one. We also had a food allergy at the table and they made sure that everything was safe. For parking, we Uber, but I think there is a parking garage below. Not sure if they validate parking so I would call before to clarify.

Visited this place for a birthday dinner and was underwhelmed. The customer service is excellent. There's apparently no dress code at all.The quality and taste of food is not good.We tried the Cod, edamame, shrimp tempura, and a few rolls. The flavor was non existent. Ten and Elephant east is much better. The lychee Martini was delicious. I wouldn't recommend it return.

Happy hour here is incredible! The prices are affordable, and the quality is so high. Our group got a variety of rolls for happy hour, but my favorite was the salmon avocado roll. The cocktails are also great and reasonably priced. For dessert, we had the baked alaska, which had a great presentation. It was creamy and deliciousParking is hard to find on the streets, but there's a garage downstairs. Service is very good too. The place is very classic and clean

This was my first visit to Nobu Dallas, and I found it comparable to many of the other locations on the east coast and Las Vegas. Living in the Bay Area, I bi-annually visit the Palo Alto location, but the decor and selection there aren't as remarkable or memorable as here. The food was excellent, as expected, and the service was top-notch. While we enjoyed our visit, the scale and tall ceilings made it feel less cozy than some fine dining establishments. It's a great place for a large party with family or colleagues. This Nobu is located inside a stunning hotel and shopping plaza, with the added perk of free validated garage parking.

Nearly everyone has heard of nobu, and for good reason! It is a sleek upscale restaurant with relatively fresh fish. We got the 30 yr anniversary omakase, and there was a good variety of sushi with classic pairings. I loved the tuna tartare caviar from the yontenmori and scallop dry miso from the nigiri. For the hot dishes, the black cod was cooked perfectly! I also added the uni shooter, which was great and not too briny. There is a clear demonstration of culinary skill in each of these dishes, and the perfect ambiance for a nice night out. However, for those who are looking for more of an authentic sushi experience, the freshness of the fish and innovation of the flavors falls a bit short. Can't forget about the dessert! We got a lava cake with ice cream, and it was delicious! So filling and such a great way to finish the dinner. Service was very welcoming, and parking was easy to get validated in the garage nearby. Overall, a great date night!

Came here for a work function. They offered the full course experience, which was a beautifully curated journey of flavors and textures, starting with simple yet flavorful Edamame & Shishito Peppers sprinkled with sea salt, which set the stage perfectly. The Salmon Karashi Sumiso is a standout, offering a unique balance of tang and umami. The Tai New Style Sashimi is delicate and fresh, and the assorted Nigiri and Rolls showcase high-quality fish with expert craftsmanship. The King Crab Tempura in Amazu Ponzu is crispy yet tender, perfectly complemented by the tangy ponzu sauce. The iconic Black Cod with Miso is as buttery and flavorful as expected, and the Beef Tenderloin with Anticucho Sauce adds a spicy depth. The dessert finale of Donut and Mochi ice cream provides a delightful sweet touch, ending the meal on a high note. Overall, this course offers an impressive variety of classic Nobu dishes, each thoughtfully prepared and deeply satisfying.

Not only were the yellowtail and salmon fresh, but I really appreciated how willing the restaurant was to work with both me and my friend's food allergies. The yellowtail jalapeño is a classic, and their salmon nigiri topped with truffle aioli is a must try! Service was fast and attentive the entire time we were there.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but it kinda was a miss for me. We came for happy hour on a Wednesday night. We ordered:Edamame-10/10Crispy spicy salmon- 0/10 -rice was sooo hard and didn't taste fresh Beef tacos-:2/10 -they were very cold Spicy tuna-8:10-probably the best Chicken -8/10Shrimp-8/10 -very lemony but I like lemon, my bf wasn't a fan. We got margaritas and they were okay, not the best I've ever had. The service was great. However, I expected the food to be a lot better. It was very mid and even happy hour costs $$$. The ambiance is very nice and beautiful inside.

I love that Nobu is consistent across locations. This is my second location and my friend has been to several others. The quality, flavor, service and ambiance are always outstanding. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. She had a healthy balance of attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our meals. We never had to look for her. She just had great timing.Everything we had was exceptional we shared (5/5):YELLOWTAIL JALAPEÑOCRISPY RICE WITH SPICY SALMONTEMPURA SWEET POTATOMy friend tried the BLACK COD WITH MISO (5/5) it's her tried and true and after tasting it, I understand why.I tried the CHILEAN SEA BASS WITH JALAPEÑO SALSA (4/5) Of everything I tried it was good but I felt it to be a bit one note and less vibrant in comparison to the flavors in the BLACK COD WITH MISO

Staff was very friendly, we were seated immediately in the bar area. We decided to try a few smaller plates to share. The happy hour menu had a great selection. The drinks were good and the food came out fast and everything was amazing.
