Nimp's Daiquiris To Go

I almost called the business to request a credit on my order. Woke up this morning feeling nauseated with no energy . Later had chills but thank God I scheduled my order pickup last night for 1pm today. I did eat and took prescribed nausea medication after having a shower before returning to bed .I really didn't want to have to request a credit as I wasn't sure I could make it there but there was good chance that I would feel better as miracles still happen. It has been awhile since I have ordered from their full menu on the first Sunday of the month . Thankfully the owner was working at the window . He. asked me to check my order , when I opened my to go container I ordered dressing and mashed potatoes . I meant to have ordered some collard greens . Food was still warm upon my arrival back to my house. . I enjoy their 1st Sunday soul food menu. Baked dark skin chicken dressing, mash potatoes with gravy and a soft roll. It's home cooking at its best . The husband is from Louisiana like myself. Great food especially their collard greens.

I absolutely love this place. Is a very nice black owned restaurant that's right by Dollar General in Mesquite off Beltline Rd. The man was very nice and attentive and recommended a lot of great options. I ended up ordering the 9 piece 24k Gold flavor wings and my goodness was is savory and with a tangy sweet taste to it. The fries were very much well crispy and plenty. I also ordered a daiquiri with octane and peach flavor and it was VERY nice (if you get what I mean). Overall this place is very affordable and worth the trip. Definitely check it out when you get the chance!

Love Nimp's daiquiris!!! Best around & I have frequented several in the DFW area. His has the best flavor, a lot of places have that syrup "fake" taste. His are really good & I have yet to get that "fake" taste from any of his! Don't forget to ask for an extra shot (or 2) !! Wanna try the food now!

Ehh, went thru the drive-thru hungry and was hungry after I tried the food too. I ordered catfish and fries; the fish looked good but tasted bland, not one bit of seasoning and it was crunchy on the outside but mushy on the inside. The fries were crispy and fresh but had a bitter aftertaste from the garlic seasoning that's put on them. The hurricane drink was ok, would come back for drinks but skip the food

Daquari:A+++ I tried the peach and mango mixed together. The flavors blended perfectly together, the alcohol content was on point. The 16oz for $7 bucks definitely gave me a buzz. The 3pc HH wing combo: C-They serve wing sections, so in my opinion they may want to reconsider the amount they provide due to the size. The meal came with 3 flats and an order of fries. For $6 bucks I felt the portions sizes were small. Especially since you're only receiving 3 undersized wings, they could've gave more fries to accommodate. However I will say the flavor on the wings (lemon pepper) was OUTSTANDING!!! I would definitely recommend that flavor. Would I visit this establishment again. Yes, but only for the daquari, not the food.

We were sad that we were missing out on a family trip to New Orleans and then it hit me that there was a daiquiri to go place not to far. We picked up a gallon of the mango daiquiri in the drive thru and I must say, we are so impressed! For a moment, felt like we were in New Orleans. We will be back for sure! There goes my diet LOL

I would never go back here ever. We placed an order for Uber Eats pickup... we arrive and they act like they don't see our order. We show them the order receipt and magically our order is going to be prepared in 15 minutes. The person at the drive thru window wasn't much help either. Meanwhile after we received our $29 order, we open the box and the amount of food they give you for the price is ridiculous. It really is a rip off!!! We ordered 4 catfish fillet , 6 shrimp but received 4 catfish nuggets and 6 skimpy shrimp. Total disappointment.

This spot is the place to try. The two plate pork chop with fries is enough for two people. It was still the right amount of juicy and not fire to hard. I also had the 32 oz hurricane daiquiri and it did not disappoint!! The prices are slightly higher than usual but still overall good.

I love this place and I go around to all the daiquiri shops around Dallas And this is by far one of my favorites. Excellent food as well especially on Sundays

Excellent service and drinks were great! I got the 16 oz peach and strawberry flavors mixed with an extra shot and it was very tasty and snuck up on me over time! Next time I'll go with a bigger size though.
