New York Bakery 2 & Korean Bakery

I stopped by this little Korean Bakery, as I was looking for a Custard Danish to eat after having a bowl of pho. The Vietnamese restaurant I was eating at, I noticed a bakery two doors down called - New York Bakery.Upon walking into the bakery,I was greeted right away. Looking over their baked goods, I noticed an array of pastries, cookies, cake loaf, as well as a few different types of breads.They also sold various types of coffee, like any other coffee shop would sell.After looking over the pastries, I see this danish, which I thought was a custard danish. My bad, as it turned out to be a cream cheese danish! Lol! The cream cheese daniah was pretty good, but when you have your heart set on some custard (I'm a custard freak), I was kinda bummed out! Lol!No matter, I'm happy I stopped by this little charming bakery to check it out.

Dipped into NY Bakery, after having dinner next door, because I still had a taste for something dessert-y. I was expecting a bakery but this is a little coffee shop. There were drinks available and booths for seating. There were some boxes stacked by the side entrance, not sure if they were doing inventory or getting ready to ship? I grabbed an assortment of items including sponge cake and almond cookies. The sponge cake was just okay, but the crispy almond cookies were very good. Not a bad place to grab a dessert or coffee when in the area.

Checking in again, this place is so amazing still. I'm so happy to have visited again during my break after a stressful college semester. The latte here is amazing for $5, they use amazing arabica beans, great espresso machine. Favorite bread is cream cheese bread. New bread is 2.5 and yesterday bread (still fresh and delicious) is 1.25 (50% off). Service was so sweet and peaceful as usual.

The person who helped us was really funny and personable! Talked a little while about the Chicago Cubs and Reggie Miller from the Pacers. I am personally from Chinatown, NYC so I miss the bakeries with cheap milk tea. This is the closest thing I can find and it's pretty great. If only they could make egg tarts p.s. If you're unsure on what to try for the first time, sponge cake is the best!

I haven't been inside this bakery yet, but we picked up and also bought a stack of absolutely scrumptious almond cookies from the nearby Komart. They are seriously good - a hint of the praline, but not so sweet; the thinness of good peanut brittle and the taste of an almond croissant all in one delicious cookie. You gotta try them and I gotta hit New York Bakery!

Just like walking into my old Korean store in Pyeongtaek. Fresh bread and snacks and welcoming staff A+

Stumbled across this place and was pleasantly surprised. It's a little small. I had coffee and a sweet bread and it was just what I wanted. Happy!

Owner is very sweet and you can tell they are a hardworking small business. All pastries they serve are a HIT! every time I go here I go all out lol. Def recommend

Very good cafe, food was good and bubble tea was not too sweet and good. Good service and polite workers. Ambiance was also calming, will for sure go to this place again for pastries and milk tea!

Great cafe, humble and sincere owner. Great bubble tea and a lot of interesting baked goods that I was not a custom to. I got the cream bun and it was delicious, very rich and creamy. Will be back again.
