Nature's Plate

I've been ordering weekly delivery from here for a while now. I get lunches to take to the office with me so I'm not left eating my home cooked leftovers for every meal. I have a few favorites that I'll always order (frito pie, lasagna, Alfredo) and some that I've learned to avoid (meatloaf, lemon pepper tofu). Their peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are amazing and I always get some. I do wish they'd rotate menu items or come up with new ones more often though. The delivery drivers are always super nice. I've never actually been in one of their stores so I can't speak to ambience but the service I've needed for my delivery orders has always been great.

The food is consistently amazing! Each meal, each week, each year, is great food and you would never guess it is vegan. I've been a weekly plan customer for 3 years.

We were driving to a Funeral in Dallas and being vegan is a challenge. So we looked them up on-line. We arrived at about 1:00 on Tuesday, the day after Labor Day. We were disappointed that they had no eat-in service, and they told us the previous day they had been overwhelmed with business. They did have a microwave to heat our our food on the spot, and the food they had left was good. The Staff was friendly and helpful. We recommend them to fellow vegans who are not feeling like cooking and want a great dish to take home. Not great for a sit-down meal. Maybe they could add a table or 2 to the front area for wandering travelers from far away!

Shout out to Yelp for helping me find Vegan food on the fly. First time coming to this place so I didn't know what to expect. I thought this place sold hot food on the go..... my fault for not really paying attention to details Lol! They actually sell meal prep items with a new menu weekly to place an order for the following week, and they sell ready to eat vegan meals on the go. I wanted to try the Jambalaya & Frito Pie but, unfortunately they were sold out. I was informed that their Alfredo and Vegan Mac are their top sellers. I was kind of liery of deciding because most items I was not familiar with. I went ahead & opted for the regular Vegan Mac. The results: Maaaaan Fire this ish was so good made me want to curse. There was no after taste, 5he pasta was very creamy & it was seasoned perfect! The zucchini & broccoli went very well with it, I just wish I had more.Y'all, Don't sleep on this place, I'm telling you it's so good, never judge a book by it's cover.They won me over, because I will be placing my meals for the week, Large portions of course. They have a few locations which is pretty dope & will deliver your meals, give them a try.

After hearing/seeing rave reviews, I had really high expectations. I dropped in today and was a little put off by the high prices to serving size ratio. Not an issue, just my opinion right off the bat. I grabbed a couple of chili pies for a late lunch. The instructions are simple, I like the semi-sustainable containers. The flavor of the chili pie is extremely lacking- it was very bland and mostly comprised of texture as opposed to taste. I ended up adding salt, chili powder, and garlic powder. The dish is more like an enchilada casserole without the crunch of chips. Next time I'm in the area, I'll try something else and update my review. But for now, 3 out of 5 seems generous. I appreciate their covid-19 precautions. The cashier was very friendly.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and stumbled upon it again today. The meals are a bit pricey for their sizes but you get what you pay for. My only gripe would be I wasn't greeted or asked if I had any questions or even thanked for my purchase. Since this was my first time I had to navigate things myself. Maybe I'll try the delivery service instead.

A small shop with vegan pre-made meals to go. Lots of amazing choices from veggie pot pie, and sweet potato enchiladas to classic vegan lasagnas, most meals in the $10-13 range. Frozen cookie dough and vegan cheese dips also available. Staff were super friendly. Plus, they apply a 30% discount to things that are "expiring" soon! The rewards program is a joke though--$5 off after you spend $200 and $15 off after you spend $500!

Pros: Lots of healthy and comfort food options available and 100% vegan. I really enjoyed the veggie Mac and cheese. I also enjoyed the breakfast sandwich. The tamale pie and pudding weren't bad either, but not quite as flavorful as the other 2. They have a small eating area there if u want to stay and a microwave to heat up the food since everything is kept in a fridge when u buy it. They have food, sweets, and smoothies available. Cons: The counter girl does not do the greatest job on selling the food. I asked what was baked or cooked fresh today and she replied with "nothing". That was disappointing. I would recommend a follow up to nothing with something cooked yesterday or what are customer favorites. Also, the stickers that say "30% off - expiring soon" are quite a turn off. I understand you are trying to sell those items, but it just isn't a good look. So I would definitely recommend better marketing and sales skills at this store.

This place is awesome! I have so many food allergies and it makes me so happy to go somewhere where I can relax when I order! Such nice gals working there too. Healthy eating is the way to go. You gotta check it out:) It is beyond delicious

This place is amazing! I've been a subscriber for a handful of years now, & I'll never use another food ""subscription" service. First off, the people are SO kind! I almost destroyed Thanksgiving a couple of years ago because I couldn't pick up my Nature's Plate order on time, & a super friendly & incredibly helpful worker actually *drove it to me* on her own time to make sure I'd get my Thanksgiving food! (It was all so wonderful & even my meat-eating in-laws & husband enjoyed it!) As a gluten-free vegan with a chronically ill autoimmune disorder, I depend on Nature's Plate for the majority of my meals since I never know when I'll feel well enough to cook. Their meals are SO delicious & healthy! Huge bonus: their regular meals are constructed so you get all of your needed nutrients for around 400 calories. I didn't realize I was eating too-large-sized portions until I subscribed to NP & promptly lost 20 lbs! Super happy about that. Also the fact that it's woman (& sister) owned is awesome! You really have to try this place!
