This was nothing less than an AMAING RESTAURANT. It started from a recommendation from the Gaylord Hotel and solidified with a call to the shop when Michael told me to come down, there is space for us. It was just a 10 minute Uber ride but after eating here it would have justified an hour drive... This place is good and I am sorry that I can only give it five stars....a very comfortable setting with a full bar (and dining area) in one room and a market in the other. We sat in the main space. Michael, who we spoke to on the phone was also our server. He greeted and sat us, brought our menus then explained out choices. I inquired about the Lasagna (always a favorite of mine,) and told us about the Short Rib special. (His exact words were the best short ribs on Main Street. (These were the best short Ribs I have tasted on many streets including those where I live on Long Island.)So... Here's the food line up. (There are pictures of all the food attaqched.)Appetizer:Tomatoes, Mozzarella and capers in a DELICIOUS balsamic vinaigrette. Helene and I shared and there was plenty to go around.Main:Short Ribs - served with a delicious polenta and fabulous rich-savory brown sauce, a very healthy portion and Helene gave me a taste... Also AMAZING.Lasagna - I love lasagna and can be really critical of it. This dish excelled with all ingredients. Fabulous homemade lasagna noodles with a great meat and plenty of rich-tasty cheese and wonderful marinara sauce. All their pasta is homemade.Dessert:Chocolate Bomb - (please see my pictures.). This was a chocolate lovers delight. A large fist of chocolate, cake with a cholocolaye shell... with additional pieces of chocolate. A dish for one that has to be shared. The chocolate bomb is cleary a chocolate bomb..I enjoyed dessert with some coffee. All in all this was a fabulous meal in a restaurant that should be part of the New York scene. From my intial phone call to my walk out the place was amazing. As they say. "They hit it out of the park." You won't find the ball, it's stil traveling.I'm not sure why anyone would give ths shop less then five stars. If you didn't like something that doesn't always mean it's not good, It could be because you expected something different.KUDOs to the team at Napolis Italian Kitchen & Market. I can't wait to come back.... and I will.

Ran into this restaurant in search for a lunchtime spot and had no wait. For starters we ordered the white christmas margaritas and a gingerbread old fashion drink. I loved the margarita but not so much the old fashion. We started off with the garlic bread topped with mozzarella cheese. It wasnt too bad but lacked the garlicky flavor. As for our entrees, we got the fettuccine alfredo, shrimp diavolo, spaghetti pomodoro, the pepperoni pizza a cup of tomato soup and the napoli chicken sandwich. The fettuccini lacked any sort of flavor. Just a milky mess. Did not like it at all. As for the other dishes they were liked and i really loved the soup. Overall it wasnt too bad but I wouldnt return.

We had Napoli's for lunch and I really enjoyed it! I tried the Italian sub which was generously layered with deli meat. The chips were a bit too crispy for my taste. I got a caesar salad on the side and it was pretty solid. Excited to try some of the other options on the menu!

This is some of the best Italian pizza I've came across in this part of town. We stopped here for lunch after visiting Main St in grapevine and my family enjoyed the pizza, pasta and drinks!

I don't recommend this place. My friend and I were shopping on Main Street and decided to stop in for their soup and salad special which was advertised on the marquee outside the door. We ordered the advertised special. My friend had the lasagne soup with her salad which she said was excellent. I tried the Italian wedding soup which was alright, but I had a bad stomach later- not sure if it was the soup, but it most likely was because I hadn't eaten anything prior. The service was pretty bad and very, very slow. Two restaurant workers (not our server) were just sitting in the bar area chatting and not working. Our server must have stayed in the other room most of the time. When my friend requested the check she saw that she was charged extra for our meals, but the server said that the special said soup OR salad. We took her outside and showed her the marquee with the "&" sign clearly written, but she insisted that it meant "or". My friend, who had graciously treated me to lunch decided it wasn't worth the effort to correct the mistake. I can't believe how illiterate that server was!

Our waiter was so helpful & kind! We went for Christmas photos & dropped in for a warm meal & a Christmas drink! We loved the Christmas cookie martini so much we asked for the recipe & our waiter asked the bartender & even let us take pictures of the ingredients! Inside is cozy & already festive. Nice classy music playing & warm comforting Italian food. It is Located right on Main street in downtown Grapevine. The fried mozzarella had lots of cheese for us cheese lovers!

The gelato can't be beat! I got chocolate chip in a fresh waffle cone. It was delicious. It was a bit soft thoughThe temperature inside the market was muggy and stuffy. I mentioned something to the cashier and asked if the AC was working. She gave no response. As we walked in the cooler was leaking all over the floor. This is a safety hazard for sure. The store has some super cute things. Great olive oils and other Italian delicacies. I would have given 5 stars had it been cooler, no water on floor and cashier responded. I did love that I just did tap and pay and they didn't turn the pad around for an additional tip.

Was wanting some Italian and found this place. Walked in staff immediately sat me no issues and the water came by. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended a few things. Unfortunately, the subs were only for lunch cause I wanted to try the meat ball sub. It was not fated to be. Settled for the lasagna, which reminded me of mom's lasagna, "chef kiss," it was delicious. My buddy got yhe spaghetti, and I think he licked the plate clean. All I all the place was good.Lasagna 8 outa 10 very beefySpaghetti 6 outa 10 Wait, staff 8 out of 10 liked that he gave me the run down on the menuI would come back if in the area

The set up was lovely as always. Our waitress was amazing. The manager came by and ask if we were having a good time and enjoying the food. The music was not to quiet but not to loud either. The food was pretty good. The Alfredo sauce was a bit bland, but the chicken was very well seasoned. Overall they had great service, yummy food, and a lovely interior.

My first visit here but two in our foursome had been here previously. The staff were friendly, and prompt. We visited on a Friday at 5:30pm. It was wide open when we arrived and full with great entertainment as we left. We were all happy with our food but I had the best entree of all. Lasagna! I've never had any as good! The portion was somewhat dry in a great way. There was delicious meat sauce to dip your fork in. No drowned lasagna here! Perfect.
