My Family's Pizza Lakewood

Some of the best food comes from small, family owned places. My Family's Pizza Lakewood serves good pizza baked to the perfect level of crispiness. They also use fresh ingredients. While the location is simple and small (they need to fix their signage), the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I definitely recommend! (My family ordered the garlic bread, Margherita Pizza, and Meathead Pizza. We thought the garlic bread tasted okay but, we really enjoyed the pizzas. Next time, we will just order the pizza and pass on the appetizers.)

Love them! I recommend the "Meat Head" and "The Greek". Their sauce is delicious! They seem to have odd hours and sometimes delivery service and sometimes only through Door Dash.

Great pizza when you can get it, but the owner (Matt) doesn't give a rat's ass about customer service, because he's next door chatting up people at the Pour House. The web site is a mess. Indicates they deliver when it's not available. Perpetually out of veggie meat substitutes. Don't answer the phone, or the mailbox is full, so you can't get through. And the owner's attitude is, "You don't like it? Go somewhere else." This place could do so much better under different ownership.

They have the right Pizza ingredients to make great pizza however you can tell the owners don't care about their restaurant from the front window to inside the restaurant. Their is no love in this family pizza restaurant and it shows. The slices were not cut through their was a whole lot of cheese overwhelming the sauce causing the crust to loose its crackery structure.Pizza is a complicated dance of flavors and I understand why the reviews are not heaping praise. Get the love back into MY FAMILY'S PIZZA and it will show.

I will always represent and support pizza spots in Dallas, that's just the pizza loyalist in me hailing from New Jersey.You know what, this was a-okay. Ordered some pies for the family and copious amounts of pasta. Service was quick and we had plenty of room for leftovers. That'll do mozz, that'll do.

Wow, this is literally the worst pizza I have had from a restaurant. I'd rate this pizza a 1.8 (Barstool pizza scale rating).I have been trying different pizza joints almost on a weekly basis, and this by far takes the poo emoji award for worst pizza so far. Upon first glance when opening the box, it looks very promising. A 14" Margherita Pie is hard to mess up, right? Well this restaurant has found a way to do it and make it unappetizing. The first slice I picked up literally fell apart. I tried separating each slice, but only 3 were able to hold somewhat of a form. Picking up one of the three that somewhat held up, I was able to take a picture just long enough before that slice too drooped down and fell into a soupy mess. I would not recommend this place to anyone for their pizza. If you're looking for a pizza flavored soup, then that's another story. Frozen pizza is better than pizza from this restaurant. And for some reason the next morning my car smelled like throw up from the pizza smell; kind of fitting since it wasn't good at all.

Their gluten free pizza is FANTASTIC. My husband has celiac and it's seriously so good. Thin crust but good and crispy, not soggy. Their delivery is always quite prompt and the prices are comparable to other small-business pizzerias. The only reason I docked a star is that their whole wheat crust (at a time where I ordered pizza without my gluten-intolerant spouse) is really quite bad. It's floppy and even soggy, tastes kinda undercooked. I was expecting a good chewy wheaty crust. I couldn't even finish the pizza. Apart from that though, it's great!

Dear My Family's Pizza,If this is truly your family's pizza... your family hates you and doesn't know what pizza is.You should rename your restaurant to "My Family's Dried Cracker Rubber Disk With Extra Slimy Plastic".All jokes aside, this so-called pizza was the worst I've ever had in my entire life. There was nothing redeeming about this inedible atrocity. Every component of this was horrendous. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't waste it on getting winning lottery tickets or buying stock in Apple in the 70's-- it would be to slap this disgusting abomination out of my hands before it entered my mouth. This establishment should be illegal.Thank you.

THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA EVER! My son works near this place so we decided to check it out. The service was spectacular. It was very unique and anbiant.

This was horrible. Ordered a loaded 14" whole wheat pie. Very disappointing. Tasteless wafer thin crust. Overly salty, worst sauce-no taste except sugar. Lacked any Italian flare. This is what I'd expect if I went to my neighbors house for homemade pizza. Definitely would not recommend. Sorry, needs much improvement.
