$21 per adult for a 1000 sq foot space of items that you can find on the internet. Granted it had a couple of displays that you can participate in, but the rest of the displays are found online ... In my opinion, not worth the trip, nor the cost to pay .. in about 30 min you will see all the exhibits unless you spend time working on puzzles .... Soy recommendation is to skip this place.. don't believe the hype unless you want to spend $21

My guy and I had a lot of fun here! It's small, but there's a lot of different illusions to see. We ended up spending a little over an hour here and we went through 90% of them. I loved the swirling tunnel that makes you feel like you're off balance when you're actually walking in a straight line. Some of the attractions were things I've seen on the internet already, but most were unique. The puzzles they had available were fun, but some were annoyingly difficult! Definitely makes you want to buy your own to figure out at home. I wouldn't do this again with my guy, but I could see myself going back with friends to check it out.

Fun experience for all ages! Checked this out with family and we all had a ball. It was a bit small, but there were so many activations and I love that it was choose your own adventure style. The staff was really helpful and nice about capturing photos of us when we asked.

SUCH a fun experience with my kids, ages 12 and 10, while on a trip to Dallas.Air conditioned (it was 100F), located on a quiet street, compact but could easily spend over an hour there. Lots of interactive exhibits. I loved it and my children said it was one of the most memorable places. It's self guided, come with a friend - lots of cool photo ops! The girl at the front desk was no nonsense. They have adult, children and student prices. Definitely don't miss!

Pretty cool spot for brain teasers and photo opportunities. At the entrance they have puzzles and brain teasers for sale. A bit crowded on a Saturday at 2pm and so taking photos felt rushed as well as working through some puzzle games they have. The staff was helpful and attentive to us when trying to understand how to best see some illusions. There's also a paid parking lot nearby.

Small corner spot. My husband walked in and flatly said he has no interest to see the illusion museum for $21/pp. He said it feels very much like those selfie pop-ups and doesn't think it's worth it. You can see the rooms of illusion from the main entry and it looks quite small. Looks quite lame and small for $21, may be worth it for $5-10 at most.My husband said our $42 would be better spent at many other places instead of this place. True.

A little expensive for what you get. The museum was quite crowded as expected on a Saturday morning. It looked like the wallpaper was peeling at the edges, overall the craftsmanship at the exhibits wasn't great and the walls were all this bright orange.

My husband and I decided to go to the Museum of Illusions in Dallas as a hot weather, indoor activity. This "museum" packed a lot of fun in a small package. It is inexpensive - $21 for adult/$19 for children, and there is plenty of parking nearby ($8 for the lot next to it).The staff is attentive and readily available to snap photos for your group. It only took about 45 minutes to go through, but it was still a lot of fun. One thing to note...this place is more for adults or older children. A lot of the illusion fun would likely be lost on little ones. That being said, folks must already know this because there were very few children when we were there. This was nice in itself because one was able to enjoy and study the illusions without random children running around.

This place was so much fun! The installations were unique and at times unbelievable! Would be better if it was a bit of a bigger place. Great photo opportunities!

I've been wanting to come to one of these museums for a long time and finally got the chance while in Dallas this weekend. Parking was easy and the walk to the museum took less than 5 minutes. You must schedule your visit ahead of time because it was packed. Time flew by quickly. By the time we walked through the entire museum and took pictures it had been a little over an hour. Each illusion had instructions and gives you the background story of the creator of the exhibit. Make sure your phones/cameras are fully charged because you will take a lot of pictures while you are there.
