Cute place but not busy, which was weird bc they have great reviews! They didn't have steam buns that night but that was one of the main reasons I chose this place ):The egg drop soup was weird bc it had corn in it, it was a little bland also but added sauce and we were good. Dumplings were okay but needed sauce to give it some life. Maybe we just went on a bad day?

Food is always good but the after effects of the dinner or lunch causes issues on stomach. Not sure if it's some sensitivity but I've had other friends also have issues.otherwise good food and fast service

I had the beef noodle soup and it was pretty good. I added some chilis and a little soy sauce. Also their soup dumplings were absolutely delicious. I might consider coming back just for them. The place was really quiet on a Tuesday night so don't be afraid to stop in if you want to grab a quick bite.

We wanted the juicy dumplings for dinner and found Mulan. The pork dumplings were so juicy it squirted out at my first bite! Highly recommend dipping it in their vinegar with a few slices of ginger on top. It was really delicious. Next came the shrimp and pork fried buns. The bottom was crispy and the filling had a whole shrimp laying on top of the pork. Highly recommend lightly dipping it in soy sauce. Loved it.The string beans were also very good. You can specify how spicy you would like it cooked. It went perfectly with the dumplings.

I tried out Mulan Noodle and Grill while in the area but picked up the order to go since they were about to close the dining room in the late afternoon between lunch and dinner. Things weren't too busy with only a handful of other patrons picking up to go orders while I waited and noone dining in at the time. I ordered the Pork Juicy Steamed Dumplings (6 pieces ~$12) as well as the Pork belly gravy noodle (~$15). The dumplings were really good but not really a full meal on their own. The pork belly was a little salty for my tastes but overall it was an enjoyable meal.This place seem pretty solid overall. It's always nice to have another option for good dumplings too. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

Mulan is a great place for super reliable Chinese food. I recommend getting the dumplings or noodles when coming here, as they're made in-house and nothing beats fresh dumplings or noodles. The interior is very modern and casual, great for a quick lunch or dinner spot. The service is quick and helpful.

I ate here a year ago and my review is the same :) still the best fresh vegetarian dumplings in DFW area. The vinegar/sugar dipping sauce complements well the dumplings. The husband got the Asian salt & pepper chicken wings and says it is tasty.

This is our go to place when we visit our kids in Carrollton! The food is prepared expertly! We're especially fond of the pork fried dumplings! Service is prompt and friendly! Casual dining...great take out!

When you walk in, I feel like I'm in a boba shop instead of a restaurant you want to sit and stay at. No one was there which was our first red flag. We got their steam and juicy pork dumplings with pork buns and lo mein. Every dish was disappointing, it tastes like they cooked everything with dishwater and very little seasoning. Everything tasted odd, even after we left the odd taste is left in your mouth. One of the dipping sauses reaked of vinegar. I'm confused on how this place has 4 stars, maybe they use to be great but there are so many other places around carrollton that are more authentic and worth the money.
