This is a two star review because things definitely could have been better at this coffee shop. I would like to start with the positives however because the employees and the shop were clean and nice and the shop is conveniently located in the Omni Hotel lobby level by the parking garage elevators.First, the people here are very friendly and attentive. They were happy and upbeat, and willing to explain all of the menu offerings. The store itself was very clean and there were napkins, plasticware, and milk/sugar options directly behind the ordering counter so it was a very well-constructed setup and convenient layout. The bad part strictly deals with the coffee itself. My wife ordered a cappuccino and I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew. The cappuccino was VERY bitter, too bitter for my wife in fact. She couldn't drink it even after adding nearly half a cup of milk. I am a black coffee enjoyer, and even I thought the cappuccino bitterness was of jet-fuel levels after the milk was added so I could see why she didn't like it.My Nitro Cold Brew that I ordered was the worst coffee I've ever purchased. I hate writing that about any product but it's true. The Nitro Cold Brew upon receiving it looked like dirt. It smelled terrible. Upon drinking it to try it, the drink was not cold and the taste was less than desirable. I let my wife smell and try it and she said it looked awful, smelled like alcohol, and was literally undrinkable for her. I took the Nitro Cold Brew back to my room to pour it out, which I despised doing with the drink being $7. I drank my wife's cappuccino strictly for the caffeine, as she wasn't going to pour it out before I convinced her not to and I had already poured the Nitro Cold Brew down the sink. This coffee shop is convenient and has nice employees and ambiance, but the coffee itself needs a lot of quality work and is the main reason this review is only two stars.

Morsel's is the coffee shop located within the Omni Hotel. I visited this coffee shop once during the stay. I ordered two lattes and a croissant and both were tasty. Personally, the coffee wasn't mind blowing, but it was good and did the job! They offer a variety of iced and hot drinks, flavors, croissants, breakfast sandwiches, parfaits, and other continental breakfast items. Definitely recommend for picking up something quick and light to eat. The customer service is attentive and professional, with friendly staff and orders are made quickly. Would recommend. The coffee shop is located within the convenience store area of the Omni. I may do a separate review for the store, however they also sell a variety of different items including gifts. The microwave is also located in Morsel's.

They have a seasonal drink menu plus all the other coffee drink usuals. I had a great conversation with the barista regarding suggestions. I decided to go with my usual iced white chocolate latte with cinnamon dust. It was a refreshing treat!

Part of the Omni Dallas food offerings (which operate as independent restaurants, but are all part of the on-premises complex), this was a handy stop in the mornings on the way from hotel to event next door at the Kay Bailey Hutchison center next door. The hotel offers drink vouchers with your stay so we didn't pay for our coffees, but prices were fairly typical. The drinks were good, had some flavors that were beyond the typical (like honey lavender and white chocolate pistachio) and didn't take too long to be made. We tried latter and macchiatos during our stay, both iced and hot, and they were all delicious. They also offer some food, including breakfast sandwiches (SO GOOD), salads, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits - breakfast and light lunch choices. All looked fresh & high quality, with pricing as you'd expect. We were attending a large event so the line could be a little long at times, but the staff is efficient and friendly. It's a pretty & bright spot if you eat in, or you can just keep on trucking to whatever brought you to the hotel. Solid choice.

I found Morsel's to be a cute little "retreat" from the hustle and bustle of activity at the Omni Hotel. While staying at the Omni all week, there were times I would grab a coffee and fruit cup and get some work done at one of the tables in Morsel's, complete with power stations. The bonuses were a great music playlist to listen to and the friendly, fun staff working here. They seem to be enjoying what they do and I loved their attention to customer service. The store has many things you can choose from too, if you forgot to pack something, as well as some nice gifts you can browse and a good selection of cosmetics, like Winky Lux lip colors. Probably one of my favorite hotel, on-site coffee/snack shop/stores I've ever experienced, so far, in my travels. Morsel's is something special!

Cute store in the hotel, huge windows to enjoy the light and view, lots of seating to hang out, charging stations (that's a plus) and tables to work. Ordered an iced non-fat latte from a delightful cashier and I'm sitting here enjoying every sip. They serve Peets coffee and the latte is really good!

This review is for the food. It's gross. Got the yogurt parfait and the yogurt tastes nasty, it's like sour cream. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they were cold in the middle and had little flavor. They had a cooler with drinks in it but nothing was cold. The only thing they had going for them was the coffee. It's super expensive, I didn't see the receipt but two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches, a yogurt and two muffins was $42.

Grab and go in the lobby of the Omni Hotel. I was there for a conference. Long lines in the morning and unfortunately they were making mistakes because of the high volume of orders, i.e. regular milk used instead of soy or real coffee instead of decaf - oops! They have amazing Joy macaroon ice cream sammies which are just the right size and a yummy treat, but a little overpriced at $8.56. They have sundry items as well. Open early morning through the evening.

This small café inside the Omni Dallas provides just a bit of everything, or a morsel....hence the name. They are located on the main floor lobby in between the hotel's bar and gift shop. Whenever I visit this Omni, I always stop in for a nibble or two. First of all, they provide complimentary flavored water, and who doesn't love fresh orange or cucumber infused happiness, especially on a hot Dallas day. My go to bites are usually their salads, which are fresh and very well proportioned. The chicken caesar salad is my favorite at the moment. It has a healthy portion of sun dried tomatoes that are just bursting with flavor while being a bright enhancement on a classic dish. There is plenty of fork tender lean chicken with a lovely amount of aged parmesan cheese. It's a great value at only $7.But this tiny stop has traditional sandwiches, wraps, sweets, coffee, tea, and other beverages. Service here is kinda different, they are efficient at their job, but could be more friendlier and warmer. I talk to everyone wherever I go, but here, it's all business and no small talk. Ok. Nothing personal...it is what it is.

The coffee at Morsel's was good; perfectly balanced vanilla latte of sweet and espresso. They were hopping, too, and pretty quick to get my order out.
