Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza

This is one of the best places I've ever been for pizza. The dining area is a bit small but there is plenty of tables outside as well and honestly it's just as great delivered or for takeout. The Star Luca is by far my favorite. It's so unique and just wait until you get into the fluffy cheese towards the back mixed with the perfect char on the crust.. just trust me and try this as soon as you can. My other favorite pizza places are Deluca or Zalat's for reference but this tops both of them! Amazing staff as well! So friendly.

Star Luca was great, especially the crust. Could have used more toppings.Caesar salad with addition of anchovies was acceptable. One salad is big enough for 3 to 4 people depending on appetite. Atmosphere kind of small and cramped. Tables for two are too small to fit much food. People squeezing by bumping into table / pizza pans.Service from Alicia B was fantastic. While they don't take reservations, the notification system they use is great and gives you the chance to walk around downtown grapevine while waiting for your table since you can check online to see what number on the list you are.

Ah man, I was so excited to try the vegan pizza, but they would be better off serving the pizza without cheese and just doubling the sauce. I get that vegan cheese can be weird, but it can be done well and unfortunately this was just really unpleasant. I even ordered half cheese / light cheese and it was still kind of inedible.The cheese was a gluey texture and overall needed a lot more seasoning/kind of bland. Service was quick and nice! So would say 4stars as an establishment but the pizza was a two :( so overall giving a three, I don't think I'll be back. To other vegans, skip the cheese!

This is my favorite crust. Thin and crispy and not droopy on the point of the pizza. It's a chain, but had really good pizza. I had been craving good pizza, and this delivered. The service was a cut above and was very gracious and helpful. All the wines are the same price, which I kind of enjoyed. The ambiance was relaxed and casual, but very clean and nice at the same time. I would go back.

Have I maybe found the best pizza in the DFW area? Is it pretty dang close to NY pizza? (Hell to the yes!) Will I try to convince my husband to make this a weekly date spot but ultimately settle for once a month? (Absolutely!)I had this place bookmarked for ages, and now I'm a little mad at myself for not getting here sooner. Hubby had to pick up a Facebook Marketplace item in Grapevine, so we decided to finally check this place out. I was torn between the "star" pizzas (with ricotta stuffed crust) and the regular pizzas. In the end, I went for the ricotta crust (though a little mozz in there would've taken it to the next level), and we got the Star Luca with the Calabrian sausage.Let me just say--NYC crust perfection! Crispy, chewy, with just the right amount of char. YUMMMY. There wasn't a crumb left, and honestly, I probably could've eaten a whole pie by myself (and then regretted every glorious bite). But half a pie? That was just right. We briefly contemplated a salad, but at $11 a pop, it seemed like a waste when I can whip those up at home any day.I'm already looking forward to trying the more traditional style pizza and getting my hands on some of that Jimmy's sausage next time!Now, the only downside: they serve water in plastic cups, and when I asked for ice, they brought out another plastic cup. That's 3 plastic cups that will outlive me! Come on, people, glass is better for the planet! Please, for the love of pizza, switch to something a little more eco-friendly.We took a little stroll up and down Main Street afterward, which was fun - just to see all the little shops and cafes. Note too there are several locations of this small chain, about 3 of them being in the DFW area.

I feel like I fell for the hype. I ordered my pizza to go and when I asked how long I was told 20 minutes which was great because I was 15 minutes away so I planned to arrive to hot pizza from the oven. According to the text I received my pizza was ready in 7 minutes and I indeed arrived to cold pizza. I wish I would have waited to order in house or at least called it in to be ready later.So the pizza which is what I'm rating, not taking the whole time debacle into consideration. The whole star pizza thing is supposed to be the big draw. Mine came out with burnt edges. As far as flavor the flat part of the pizza was ok, nothing special. The special part being the ricotta was very bland, like no seasoning in the ricotta whatsoever. It was really disappointing. I had something similar in Italy but the pizza had much more flavor. I ended up tossing most of it. Maybe eating their regular pizza in house would have been better? Not sure. Would I give it another shot? No.

We had the PERFECT pizza dining experience here. You can tell this restaurant is run well by how CLEAN the floor and other surfaces were.The SERVICE was impeccable. We were greeted and seated immediately. Server Alicia explained specialties and brought our drink orders quickly. Actually, EVERYTHING was quick and thorough from seating to eating! I've never had pizza this fresh and FAST. After only a few sips of wine, a young gentleman with round glasses brought our pizza over. We noticed the entire staff (including the chefs) was next level ATTENTIVE and COORDINATED.UNIQUE PIZZA tastes DELICIOUS. We had star-shaped Michel and regular margherita pizzas: FRESH, balanced, crisp outside, PERFECTO. I loved trying something NEW that blew away any expectations. So glad we went!

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. They give the kids raw pizza dough to play with (like play-doh) which keep them occupied while the adults are trying to enjoy their meal! The food is incredible and it is a modern atmosphere with adequate AC to keep you cool on the 100+ degree Texas days.We've been here several times including for our daughter's birthday and they have each of the kids a cute teddy bear in a Mister O1 Chef outfit.We live on the other side of the metroplex but try to stop in whenever we are in the area! Try it out and you will not be disappointed!

We've been here several times whenever we're in the Grapevine area and I just love their burgers coffee pizza. We always try to add a second pie since the coffee pizza is rich and bold flavors. Great place with great service.

We went there with a few friends and this is seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. It was our first time and we finished with dessert pizza (not pictured since we all gulped it down) Our server, Aiden was amazing as well he made the experience even better and was extremely accommodating considering I was indecisive and my friend is gluten free. Great ambiance & even better food.Definitely will be back very soon.
