Came here with my coworker for lunch and we enjoyed the authenticity of the food. I can say that the service wasn't as good as it could be because our waiter was primarily speaking with my coworker (who knows Spanish) so he did everything when it came to the ordering, asking for refills, etc. I ordered the carne asada (beef) quesadillas and they come filled with meat, grilled onions, and cheese. On the side you'll get pico and sour cream. They have 2 sauces to top your food with as well. I also ordered a small guacamole. I can say the food was very delicious and filling. The sauces were spicy but not to the point you couldn't enjoy your meal. I do plan to come back to try their taco and/or nachos but I hope the customer service is better.

Being from Texas, Mexican and Tex-Mex food is a staple, and with it comes high expectations. I had the pork tacos and guacamole, and I was overall pleased with the meal. The guacamole was made with too much juice for my taste, but overall, it was made to order and fresh. The chips weren't homemade, but tasty just the same. The tacos came three to order and were made with a generous portion of meat. The service was good, and the ambiance was casual. I'd come back again.

This is a great, little restaurant with some of the best Mexican food in town and also they serve terrific margaritas. It's beautifully decorated with lots of Frida Khalo portraits and Oaxacan art pieces. The hot sauce served with homemade chips is really spicy but good. We started with chorizo quesofundido. Perfectly melted with crusty bottom, topped with cilantro salad. My husband had the taco plate. 4 pork tacos, tender, shredded and well seasoned pork. Delicious. I had the chicken mole which was so good. The chicken was tender, the mole had subtle hints of cocoa and cinnamon. It was wonderful. The house margaritas were also very good, mixed perfectly and fresh limes used. Everything about this meal was just great. Loved it.

I leave these review because the tortillas aren't homemade , that isn't true , caldo de res plate super expensive and really small ( small plate for almost $12, photo shows size compared with coffee cup) they Charge for lemons , the taste is good , I won't comeback anymore

Food was good. i called in an order but while i was waiting, the server was packing my chips into a brown paper bag with her bare hands! When i said something to the person at the register about it, he told her to use a glove and start over, the server got upset and gave me a dirty look the rest of the time. Like hello, common sense, don't grab my chips with your bare hands. I hope thats not the norm for them when serving chips because I did not see tongs in the chip tin.

Service is not good at all. I told there for 20 mins before I was even acknowledged. Also don't speak Spanish so they were not happy about that (I can understand Spanish). Food was ok but didn't taste fresh. I was hoping for a better experience.

The food portions are big but do not taste fresh! I always come eat here because my suegro loves this place but the SERVICE is terrible while getting my order taken by our waiter who had a attitude the whole time he went to get our drinks and was talking crap about me in Spanish! I will not be coming here anymore you guys are just money hungry bad attitude.. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Service was terrible, we waited 20 minutes for them to get a drink order and then almost an hour for our plates. Our server had a bad attitude. We didn't leave a tip and when I checked my account she had added a $10 tip to herself.

Food was not good. Tasted old like it was heated. Server was okay, but he charged us $2.99 for water that should be free. We asked for a small quesadilla and gave us the whole plate with rice and beans and charged us for it. unbelievable. Not the worst Mexican food place but do not come here for taste.
